Petrpan,
Just recently checked this thread. I went to the urologist and he believes it's a new 'norm' for me. This is complete bullshit because it's my junk and I know it's not in the correct condition it should be in.
My kegals are week and are only working at the base of my penis.

Wow! I am just still baffled on why on God's green earth are you using any hanging apparatus at all! Hanging is very advanced and especially going up in weight. I highly doubt your penis was even conditioned for that given that you already mentioned not even doing any jelging since last summer.
I would see a doctor in your case and would advise you to really research PE fully before you dive into something prematurely.Begin 7/25/2011:
