ADVICE NEEDED ( Strong uncontrollable kegels, urinating, turtling and more )
As always before I can get some advice I need to provide background information, just like to mention this is the only place where I can get information on this so I really appreciate all replies.
Okay, I am having a few problems with my penis. Firstly I am currently rebooting from porn and avoiding all porn and masturbation, I don't get morning wood and I haven't since I was 16 (I'm almost 19 now) I'm sure that sounds crazy but it was due to the fact I masturbated 3-5 times a week too porn since I was 13-18 . I have previously done 2 months of PESG's routine in winter 2012 where I saw gains but also developed hard flaccid, but here is where the confusion comes in because maybe my penis was just turtling, and I never knew of that term before so thought it was hard flaccid.
So Problem 1 - I don't get morning wood at almost 19 and need to stroke myself to get 60->100% hard and stay hard EVEN when looking at porn , yeah I'm not going back to that.
Problem 2 - Generally every day I will "check" or feel my flaccid to see if it is hard, generally it isn't however sometimes it is, then I just shake it and it goes away. People may say this obsessive like behaviour is what causes this hardness however there have been occasions when I haven't touched my penis and it was hard in the flaccid state, which led to me daily checking the hardness. Have others experienced this? Is it normal? I have never experienced painful hard flaccid.
Problem 3 - I get uncontrollable strong kegels at the end of my urination stream, and during defecation (detailed but hey where else can you post this online and get constructive help). I have read about reverse kegels and tried to reverse kegel to stop it , but that results in just another strong uncontrollable kegel afterwards. This may be due to previously doing loads of kegels for a 2 month period and before I learnt about kegels I used to do them when getting hard and masturbating when I was younger (this still happens to me), I have never done a reverse kegel routine as of right now.
Problem 4 - Penis "turtles" but feels hard in the flaccid state (hard flaccid?) when I wipe my butt even gently. I am not playing with my ass that doesn't turn me on but I would like to know if this is normal, note after I finish up in the bathroom my penis goes back to being normal and not turtling.
NOTE - I have posted about similar issues before (the hard flaccid/ turtling) not the kegel problem and morning wood so I need some advice for all problems please.
If you read all this text thank you and please give me some feedback, all replies are greatly appreciated. PE clearly works so I want to have a healthy penis to do it (One last point, because I never got morning wood before I did 2 months of PE I didn't have it as a PI, in theory when my morning wood returns my penis should be in better shape that it was then.. I do get HAVING TOO PEE WOOD, not true morning wood)
