    Hello.

    One of the motives I came back to Pe was to improve my EQ, since it now is very bad: I can get hard, but not rock hard and that is very disappointing to me.

    Can someone recommend some exercises to boost my EQ? I've been doing about 3 to 4 sets of 60 Kegels 6 to 8 seconds long each daily, but I don't think they are enough.

    Try edging/ballooning with a cock ring on...I can at best get an EQ of 8 by myself without one and 11/10 with one

    Since utilising this method I'm getting 12/10's with the wife...so hard it stays hard for 10+ mins after orgasm.

    I'm 33 btw and my penis usually flopped soon after orgasm since being aged 25.

    Monitor your PIs, and go easy on the kegels, I think you are doing too much, also incorporate reverse kegels as well.

    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

    Edging and kegels is definitely the way to go, other than that you should avoid too much caffeine, alcohol and quit smoking. Hm, is your penis dezentized or is still very sensitive?

    I do not smoke often and I drink very, very rarely. I exercise daily and have a relatively healthy lifestyle.
    My penis is still not very sensitive, but I am working on it and I am having some nice results.

    Read the TGC theory, you might need to focus your PE exercises around hitting your smooth muscles more. It helps with my EQ when I focus on girth work because of the difference between my BPFSL and BPEL.
