    Hi guys, so since about late Wednesday night I have been having a weird problem that I have never had before. My penis when I either stand up or take it out of my underwear will shrink up, and become slightly tense/hard. I had an erection sometime in the late evening at about 5 pm, and I think I did a set of kegels about 10 minutes after it went away (i didn't ejaculate). But then later that night I realized my penis was harder and tighter then usual when I was flaccid. I have been able to achieve erections, but only without trying to force them (ie. conversations with girlfriend over text, and this morning i woke up with morning wood). However, if i lightly massage my penis when standing up or having it exposed, it will loosen up, and get a bit larger, but still not to full size. Same with urination, when i go to washroom it completely loosens up. And this morning when I woke up, I was at my 100% normal flaccid size/hardness, but as soon as I took my underwear off and stood up it shrunk up and became tense again. When it is hard i can still flop it around, and bend it slightly, but it feels tense and almost like there is rubber inside my penis.

    I had been doing kegels, 15-30 a day for with 3 second holds, for a few weeks and this week moved it up to 5 second holds for about the same amount of repetitions. I have not been doing any jelqing or other exercises. I also had a lot of sex over last weekend, but I was able to masturbate Monday and Tuesday no problems.

    Have I maybe just over worked it, or am I possibly experiencing hard flaccid? I have not masturbated since it started happening and am looking for things I can do to make it bettter.

    I wish the term hard flaccid was never created. It's sounds like you need to take a couple days off. Your dick may not be used to all that work and just needs to be left alone. Your pi's should improve over those days off.

    I agree with the gentlemen above, you have overworked you pelvic floor.

    In order to achieve pelvic floor balance and strength, you must follow a balanced reverse and regular kegels routine, and take rest, I suggest you read the following threads for more information.

    Hey man I had the same sort of problem, when I would take it out my pants it would shrink and go firm, same as after I urinated. It gets better trust me, mine still isn't completely normal and it's been about 8 weeks now, but I can assure you it gets better. Best thing to do is not worry about it, worrying gets you no where & only makes things worse. It will get better!

    Awesome thanks a lot guys! That's what i was assuming it was, just wanted some reassurance. How long should I avoid intercourse, masturbation, etc.? If I can get an erection should i just treat like I normally would?

    Definitely overworked. You don't need to kegels a bunch of times a day to make them strong. They are fairly minute in size so some kegels every other day will do just fine.
    Also, right now in your stage of PE, keep well in mind that your main purpose should be about conditioning with the very basics of PE and nothing more where you follow the beginner's routine to the T and not go overboard or dive into something your penis is not yet conditioned to.
    Each advancement in PE always take a conditioning stage no matter how long one has been in the practice thereof.

    I also want to note that when i urinate, the stream is coming out with a lot less force than usual. I know the pelvic muscles take part in the force of expelling urine, so is this just another side affect of the overworking?
