Hello everyone

Please read this if you believe you have Prostatitis due to jelq'ing, as I will provide you my insights and solutions for a CURE.

DISCLAIMER: I am in no way discrediting PEGym or the act of jelq'ing or any other penis enlargement exercises for that matter. I do believe that gains will be made following proper technique. Any injury resulted was due to lack of following proper instructions supply by PEGym

Initial Phases

After 3 weeks of intensive PE-exercises, and failing to abide by the proper techniques given to me through this website *regret*, I suffered a very small 3mm varicocele in the scrotum/testes area, a very slight Peyronies Disease (I actually have developed a nice 11 o'clock bend from this ), and very severe Prostatitis-like symptoms that haunt the next 6 months of my life.

Here were ALL my symptoms from beginning to end:
1. (Very first symptom) Pain in L-testes before & after masturbation
2. Chronic on-going pain in L-testes (i.e., sharp, acute, burning, heavy-like, tingling) <- More severe when sitting down than standing up
3. Penis felt very numb; loss of sensation and pleasure when having sexual intercourse. Prickling/tingling feeling on penis shaft and penile urethra area.
4. Severe lack of morning wood or spontaneous erections
5. Inability to keep an erection up for a long time
6. Depression (obviously)
7. Urine stream from penis was very thin
8. Urine felt incredibly HOT
9. Pain transitioned from L-testes to L-Inguinal area (as well as my Abductor Muscles on thighs)
10. Pain transitioned from L-testes to between my scrotum and anus area.
11. Pain transitioned from L-testes to what felt like my L-buttocks at times.
12. Pain transitioned from L-testes to above my L-knee cap on the Abductor side of my thighs.
13. Pain transitioned from L-testes all the way down to my L-foot (Rarely)
14. Pain was acute/sharp/chronic/burning/PRICKLING/
15. Tingling/goosebumps feeling (especially on my L-foot at times, or in both Abductor/Inguinal area)
16. Also, I would also VERY RARELY feel these same symptoms on the right side of my body (but it did not affect my knee-cap or lower)
17. I'm sure I'm missing some.

My Story

I did what any person would do, is go to the general practitioner, and get prescribed X medication for X symptoms being felt. BIG FUCKING MISTAKE. Don't believe everything your doctors tell or give you. My doctor prescribed me Ciprofloxacin (an incredibly toxic and rather dangerous drug used in only the most severe circumstances) which, looking back in hindsight, was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. Took this drug for 14 days and by the end, suffered an Achilles Tendinopathy (not to be mistaken for Tendonitis) on my left foot, had a rather severe panic/depression attack that lasted 45 minutes. I can't explain to you what this "attack" was but when it hit me, I felt incredibly alone, my palms were sweaty, I felt incredibly vulnerable, and was scared out of my mind (despite being with my whole family during the whole ordeal). I also suffered a rather severe and sudden pain in my R-knee as well as Achilles pain on my R-foot that both lasted about a week. Mind you, I'm a healthy 21 year old who used to train MMA, hardly ever drank alcohol, and eats organic foods while avoiding junk food. This kind of stuff shouldn't be happening. Worst of all, this prescription drug was a highly potent Neurotoxin (I'll explain why this is SO important later).

Note: If you're on Ciprofloxacin right now as you are reading this, get off of it NOW. (I would recommend Septra/Bactrim DS instead).

I then tapered off all drugs for 4 days (don't ask me why) and proceeded to take Septra DS for the next 5 weeks. During those 4 days of being off all medication, my symptoms came back in full force. It's important to note that I was NOT symptom free by the end of my Cipro 2-week course. Anyways... during my period on Septra DS, I tried several things to help "cure" myself of these symptoms. I took raw garlic, fermented garlic, cranberry juice, saw palmetto, tons of vitamins, daily prostate massage (fluid drainage), and much more. I even went to a TCM practitioner and received a 30-day dose of herbal medicine (Best thing I ever did).

Long story short, after my 5 weeks on Septra, my symptoms were gradually getting better. But it was odd because had this been Prostatitis like my doctors and urologists told me, I "should" have technically been cured at this point; especially with the help of daily prostate massage. I noticed that the TCM herbal medicine I received had helped me much more than both the Cipro and Septra DS combined, which was very odd at the time. I knew that drugs like Cipro and Septra also had an anti-inflammatory effect, which could explain the gradual decrease in my symptoms.

As I tapered off all "anti-bacterial drugs" and prescriptions given by doctors, I kept taking the TCM (and at this point, I added Quercetin, an anti-inflammatory & anti-histamine product). What I noticed was quite shocking to me. My symptoms were not only getting better, but THEY WERE GETTING BETTER!! Had this been a bacterial infection all along, my symptoms would be returning like a freight-train by this point. So that got me to question if I really had Bacterial Prostatitis at all, let alone Prostatitis of any form. I visited my urologist and told him that my symptoms were still present despite 2 weeks of Cipro and 5 weeks of Septra, to which he replied, "Just drink a lot of water, bathe in hot water, avoid spicy foods, limit your intake of alcohol, and don't sit around too much." <- AKA, doctors code for, "I cannot help you anymore."

At this point, I went to Korea to get treated (since Canada sucks for health care) and got all the usual testing done by an "experienced" urologist (i.e., prostate fluid sample, urine sample, blood sample, STD/STI testing, testing for atypical bacteria (mycoplasma, ureaplasma, etcetc), DRE exam, ultrasounds. I did the whole nine yards, anything you could possibly think of to rule out a cause for Prostatitis. It was at this point that I was diagnosed with CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome). If most of you don't know, CPPS is a condition that has "no cure" in the medical world. Symptoms may get better, they may stay the same, or may worsen over time, but no one knows. To hear this was devastating...

It was at this point I began to ponder why I was feeling these painful and annoying symptoms that most resembled Prostatitis. Here's the conclusion I came to. I believe it was nerve damage caused by over-stretching the penis without following proper instructions and techniques (during warm-up before jelq'ing). I believe that the act of stretching your flaccid/semi-erect penis can reach all the way to the pudendal nerves, which was why I was experiencing these pelvic symptoms. I may be wrong, but this is what I believe has caused my 6 months of agony. Doctors did a DRE on me (during the first on-set of my symptoms) and found that my prostate was quote-on-quote "healthy". This couldn't have been a bacterial infection either (At most, I had also suffered a UTI)... To further back up my claim, I went to a neurologist soon after and he told me that I had an abnormality on the left side of my body (aka my L-leg).

I was taking all these medications that did more harm than good, especially Cipro which is a Neurotoxin. I highly suggest you get off this if you did in fact injure yourself from jelq'ing. A neurotoxin is known to damage nerves, and cipro is ALSO known to cause permanent nerve damage. Two reasons why you should avoid this drug entirely if possible. (Please, consult your doctors first before listening to any advice I give you. Get all the proper testing done before you completely rule out the possibility of Prostatitis. Get semen, urine, blood, PROSTATE FLUID sample, and test for STD's if you recently have sexual encounters. Get TESTED before receiving any drug(s) recklessly, like I did.)

If you believe you're on the same boat as me, your best bet is to avoid things that disrupt the healing of your nerves, and focus on things that will heal it instead (i.e., acupuncture, TCM HERBAL MEDICINE, foods that help with nerve regeneration, a lot of rest, avoid sitting for long periods of time as this restricts blood flow, EXERCISE, hot baths, saunas to sweat out toxins from your body, lots of water, etcetc, avoid fish which contains mercury <- NEUROTOXIN). I never really believed in homeopathic, natural healing remedies until I realized that Western medicine would not really help cure my condition, but would aid to simply maintain/control the symptoms instead. Up to this point, western medicine was doing more harm to me than good. Also, avoid IBUPROFEN, aspirin, tylenol, and any of those "instant-relief" drugs. They are instant-relief, but will definitely do more harm to you in the long run. And don't mix these with anti-bacterial drugs like Cipro or Septra. That's a recipe for disaster.

And most importantly, you must be patient. Have faith that everything will be better in the end. With time, anything can heal, even injuries attained from Cipro. It is well known in the "Cipro community" that Cipro related injuries have the possibility to NEVER heal for life. But I have fully recovered from not only the Achillies Tendinopathy, but also Prostatitis/CPPS or whatever you wish to call it.

To Summarize

- Find a good acupuncturist. Electro-acunputures are also great for nerve regeneration.
-Avoid giving yourself a prostate massage (especially if you don't know what you're doing, and if you cannot rule out the possibility of having Prostatitis)
- Avoid Neurotoxic foods & drugs
- Get tested FIRST before taking any prescription drugs recklessly
- Exercise daily (There are SO many benefits that I cannot even begin to tell you everything. Just do it.)
- Saunas and hot baths are your friend. Go there and meditate or something (increased blood flow is always good for nerve healing)
- Which comes to my next point, AVOID sitting on your ass all day. It restricts blood flow. Or sit on one of those donut cushions.
- CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE (TCM), oh my I am a firm believer in this. Find a good TCM practitioner and hopefully he can recommend you something that will reduce inflammation, and promote blood flow and nerve healing.
- Take vitamins like omega-3 (very good anti-inflammatory), take your B complex, and if you recently took Cipro, you should DEFINITELY be taking Magnesium.
- Pray like a motherfucker (seriously) Was never a big "religious" person before all of this, nor someone who prayed, but my god did it help me emotionally.
- Have hope, give it some fucking time. This is so important because if you're always depressed with the mindset that it will never heal, you're gonig to do more harm to yourself. Your body has the power to heal itself, but if you're going to fill your system with cortisol 24/7, then good luck on recovery~ Ever hear about the nocebo effect? I'm sure you know the placebo effect. Well, both are "real" and they do in fact work. Your mind is incredibly powerful, so always affirm positive beliefs to yourself throughout the day.
- Take anti-inflammatory foods, and avoid drinking or smoking. Eat HEALTHY and avoid junk food. There are tons of food that cause inflammation (search it up), and those are what you want to avoid at all costs.
- Avoid fish or seafood for the most part as they contain a hefty amount of mercury which is a neurotoxin.
- REST

Anyways, I hope this has helped you understand your problem a bit better. If you have had all possible testing done and the doctors have diagnosed you with "CPPS" or "Chronic Prostatitis", please don't lose hope. Get the fuck out of the urologists office and go to your nearest Neurologist. If you have the money, do an MRI & EMG to rule out any possibility for nerve damage.

Again, I can only give you my side of the story, yours may be completely different. But what I do know for certain is that this was most likely NEVER a bacterial infection of any sort (Maybe also a UTI at most). I can say with confidence that nerve damage from over-stretching the penis was the main cause of having Prostatitis-like symptoms. When I saw that giving myself a prostate massage would cause prickling pain on my left thigh/abductor area, I realized that the nerves in the pelvic region are very interconnected. That is why I felt symptoms ranging from pain in my testicle, to my buttocks, thighs, legs, and foot. Your pelvic region is VERY important, as it controls many parts of your body. Treat it with care~

Anyways, if you have recently been diagnosed with Prostatitis and you believe it is due to Jelq'ing, please reply here and I will do my best to assist you. Originally, I did not want to make this thread because once someone is cured of a certain problem, they rarely wish to go back to the original source to talk about their misery. But I decided that my experience could hopefully help some people who are going through the same pain I once had.

I know this was very long, but I hope it was worth it for you in the end.
