Thanks for sharing Jay, it was a good read, I had no idea what hard flaccid was before reading this.

Many would advise against doing what you did, but it worked for you, I'm also a firm believer in listening to your body, more than anyone else (even If they are a doctor).

    Repped.

I think most would advise against doing anything except rest, maybe warming a couple of times a day. Bear in mind Jay is still recovering, just be careful as you don't want to injure yourself further.

No offence Jay, just trying to help dreamssobig avoid further injury.

So burtybasset you think doing what he did could make my tight pelvic floor worse doing that routine?

I am still not recovering from HF, to be honest here... I recovered from that over a year ago, and still am recovered from it, since. My Pelvic Floor and CCs and CS are in perfectly working order brother.

Oh I thought maybe the two problems were linked, my apologies

              Any advice for our friend?

Back to topic! So what is Hard Corona/Glans? Simplified, it's Hard Flaccid, except it's locally in the Glans, instead of the Pelvic Floor and/or spongy tubes.
                    This.

Well I suppose next time I'll be more technical.

When I had my bout of HF in Jan of 2013, that lasted a week, my Glans was not involved. So since I'm having "symptoms" that are similar to Hard Flaccid in my Corona/Glans, and not my Pelvic Floor and/or Sponge Tubes, I don't necessarily consider it HF.

                      Hence HG...

Ok apologies for the misunderstanding, didn't mean any disrespect, I was just trying to discourage the new guy not to try anything too radical while he's injured, wouldn't want to see anyone hurt if I can do anything to prevent it.

No I completely understand. My understanding is actually why I put what I put at the end of my original post in this thread. No harsh feelings brother.

After all... PE is just theory

LIGHT Stretching. I will say it again, LIGHT Stretching! You aren't Stretching to get gains here... just be very cautious with what you're doing, because a penile therapy regime is more dangerous than PE in itself, IMO.

Interestingly enough, I have followed on a part of your advice by applying heat (with my ricesock) for 10-15min at a time and then massaging it. Might do this about 2-3 times. Flaccid has seemed to get genrally, but am not too sure how much is attributed to the fact that i've abstained for about 2 weeks. Will continue doing this and hopefully permanent results will eventuate.
