Hello Everyone!
Few years ago i have been circumcised. Everything was fine, but now i have problem with my skin on shaft. Its very tight. When im getting erect - my penis shape looks like sand watch. This constriction blocks vein also. Is it possible to cure this without surgery?
May this be result of doing stretching exercises?

I've drawn this for more information. Does foreskin restoration can help? Is it possible physically expand this tight spot at my shaft?
