  • Weak boner and jelqing doesn't seem to help

    Hey I was just wondering how to get my boner working at 100% so jelqing will actually be effective. It doesn't seem to get help my eq. I'm trying to focus on kegels, less masturbation (which is extremely difficult), and using l-arginine. So what are the best ways to increase blood flow into the little guy?!?

    You should be jelqing with a 40% to 60% erection, a 100% erection is very risky (with no room for expansion) even for vets.


    If you use a too tight a grip then your EQ will suffer, also if you overtrain, in moderation, and when done correctly, PE will increase your EQ, and penile health, don't rush it.

      I understand your pain. I had this same ordeal when I had low testosterone before I began injections. If you aren't a very active person I would highly recommend doing cardio of some type. I bought a stationary bike and find it the most comfortable of cardio. Just go intense and not a casual bike ride Lastly, if you exhaust all options and still have problems please get yourself a blood test to check your testosterone. I was only 28 when I found out I had extremely low testosterone levels. You don't have to be old to have problems.

        Physical health plays a major role in erections you must look after your body and eat well .anything that is good for your heart is good for your penis.cut out all the shite in your diet and try to get on the 5 g's .do some research on foods and nutrients that help with circulation

        garlic is particularly good for increasing blood flow to the genital area.ofcourse their could be other factors like stress. i know that for sure it kills a boner off dead

        If its more testoserone you need you could try high strength training (lifting heavy weights pushing your self to the max) before having shots in your ass.natural is better I read on the web that sprinting increases hgh and sprinting at your maximum potential can raise your human growth hormone levels by up to 500%

                Well I have put on some belly fat from boozin. I'm gonna do some more cardio and weight lifting. I will also watch my diet and do a light stretch and jelq routine. I think I will see results if I stick to it. Thanks a lot everyone.

                  Sprinting is far superior to cardio it is also much harder work .I allways want to stop after two sprints but it is when you push yourself as far as you can when the hormones go into overdrive .
