• PLEASE HELP! Testicular Atrophy, Hard Flaccid ,Tight Scrotum and Loss of Erect Size

The trouble started back in January 2010. After having sex, I felt severe discomfort in my testicle and in my pelvic/abdomen region. When I woke up, I discovered that my left testicle had shrunk A LOT. Though I did not appear to have any signs of hard-flaccid. I just thought that my testicle had temporarily gotten smaller. Low and behold, over the next two years, I saw signs of penile atrophy and more testicular atrophy, this place in my right testicle.

I was a junior in college, so it effected me emotionally and was depressed/ border suicidal, so after the Spring semester of 2010. I went to a psychiatrist who prescribed Zoloft to me. On top of that, I took CBC and other blood tests and was diagnosed with hypogonadism. My oncologist referred me to a endocrinologist and had me take a MRI, ultrasound of my pelvis, and CT scan of my chest/ abdomen. All of my tests came back normal, except my blood tests suggested LOW TESTOSTERONE levels.

Fast forward to January 2011. My penis was changing shape, but I still had a decent size and girth to it. I went to see a urologist because I was worried about the size of my testicles. He told me to take DHEA and I was also introduced to GNC Prostate and Virility vitamin by the GNC associate. For a while, my penis began to gain a better EQ and more blood tone.

Now, my penis has gotten so much thinner in girth and decreased in length (6.25"-->5.25-5.5") and EQ is not as good. It' much harder to gain a full erection, most of the time they're thinner. My testicles do not hang, and hang so close to my body and are swollen and I have a bad case of hard flaccid. The skin on my penis is super tight and I can't stretch it, it's not soft at all and causes my penis to shrivel up.

I'm not happy at all and this is causing me emotional pain.

On top of that, I have ran into many stomach problems which I think are deeply related to my penile issues. I get intense pain and discomfort in my anus and my stomach is swollen. I've had quite a few anal fissures and they don't go away.

Does anyone have any advice or similar symptoms? Will I ever get my size back (testicles and penis).

To help cure the hard flaccid, I've followed a regiment of vitamins and herbs that I've seen that other have taken including L-Arginine, Gingko Biloba, Magnesium, Zinc, Ginseng, Ginger, and substituted L-Citrulline for L-Arginine for a month period but saw no difference.

Over the summer, my doctor prescribed 2.5mg Cialis to me which I was instructed to take half a pill every two days. I did that and it worked a little but I feel it might've caused and prolonged other issues.

Ok so hypogonadism is a medical issue I will not comment on .

In addition you appear to have significant pelvic floor issues . A physio who does pelvic floor work will help.

Ask urologist for advice.

You may have :

Twisted testicles

Hernia pressing on testicles

Also, low testosterone doesn't make your dick smaller. It will affect your EQ which will make it not achieve full erection.

Thank you for your feedback. I failed to mention that I've been to (3) different physical therapists, two of which are specialists in pelvic floor dysfunction and men's health issues. While their treatment has helped me to control the amount of pain, I used to experience a dragging pain near my spermatic cords and/or vas deferens; I'm not sure how to differentiate between the two, I definitely feel that I have lost even more size in my testes and have lost size (girth and length), as well as change in penile shape and tissue structure, and have not gained any improvement.

Right now I'm really concerned that my testicles will continue to shrink and shrink and one day I'll either wake up without one or both of them. I've been to doctors and have expressed my concerns, none are helpful. Based on examinations and medical tests, i.e. CT scan, urinalysis, doppler ultrasound, etc., urologists have all found abnormalities such as hydroceles and small varicoceles, however ones that they claim should not (and are not) affecting functionalities such as blood flow.

It is a medical issue best treated by a doctor. Pe may not be your answer. I would also be careful what supplements you are taking as that may cause problems as well. Stomach bloating can be caused by too much arginnine.
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

hydroceles can cause small testicles and low testosterone from what I googled. I have a hydrocele and have small testicles too.

Pegasus, I'm not sure I completely understand your question. Though the physical therapists, three different ones, did everything from myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle relaxation, dry needling, and various exercises to strengthen and improve functionality in the pelvic floor and core muscles.

Yeah, I'v been to so many doctors, and it's a different song and dance with each of them. That is why I wanted to see if anyone on here has successfully overcome something similar.

Pelvic floor issues we deal with daily but you have addressed that the other is a medical issue.

Right now, I'm experiencing a dull ache in my lower left groin and it's radiating to my testicle. It's not a terrible pain, so I think it's definitely safe to rule out testicular torsion.
