  • Two injuries??

Hi, new guy here. I'm hoping someone has an answer here because I've seen two urologists, had one Doppler ultrasound, and I'm told there's nothing wrong.
Story: I've always had really tight suspensory ligaments. Pulling my erection down to a 45o
    angle kinda hurt- that tight.

2 years ago, I'm with my girl, and as I get erect I notice a fierce burning. It was on the top of the head, on the ridge at the back. Directly behind the urethra. We initiated sex but had to stop because it was too painful.

It felt like I had ripped ligaments from behind the head clear off. When I inspected, my erection could go NO HIGHER a than 45o (previous low). I could not control the ligaments to pull it any higher.

When it was flaccid, it took on a very odd hourglass shape.

Now, after two years without sex (1.5yrs without MB), my erection LOST about 1" in length and .5" in girth. It also feels like a broken limb, like I don't want to even get an erection because it hurts.

Still get pain behind the head. Got another Doppler booked but both doc's say a. There's nothing wrong(??) and b. If there is we can't fix it. Want some Viagra? They offered me Viagra!!

And you heard me right. This has been 21 months since initial injury.

    Help!

I had thought it was peyronies but they said not. My erection is painful, shorter, thinner, and the suspensory ligaments seem to not be working.

      Welcome!
I don't recall any ligaments next to the glans.

Welcome Hurting, and thanks for joining us. Popol is asking the same question I had. Can you answer that question and also do you have more information about how you injured it? Why you think it is injured?
It just started hurting does not give much information to go off of.
        Thanks

Are you talking about your frenulum?
It's very common to tear this soon after starting sexual activity.
It will indeed relieve some of the tension in your erect penis. But its perfectly normal, the lingering pain however would not be normal.
As popol said, no ligament to speak of in that region so its difficult to offer any advice

            Hi guys thanks for replying,

It's really odd. One day, sex was great, the very next day, when I got erect, there was a massive pain right behind the head of the corona.
We stopped. I pulled out to find my penis turned downward (it usually points up) and narrowing on the right side from mid shaft to head. Pain during erections continues. Left side has now narrowed. Pain in corona seemingly depending on sitting pos.

Could it have to do with Bucks fascia? I'm 38, active sexually for 20+ years. No std's. No injuries. No issues until this. (Started aug '13)

You got a permanent injury having sex. Interesting.
Now a couple docs told you nothing was wrong but you don't believe them because hey don't know shit, or dicks for that matter. Now if they told you you didn't have cancer you'd believe them right? But because they find nothing wrong and you know they are wrong, well I say sue the bastards who think there is nothing wrong with your dick and you know there is something wrong. You'll be a millionaire! The only thing is you got to go find a doc that finds something wrong and then will testify in the suit. Just think when you win you'll never have to work again! Life on a beach!
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Were you going really hard during sex and run into her pubic bone?

No. But I had a really really tight suspensory ligament. To give you an idea of how much; when a woman is on top, she can't sit up straight. It pulls the ligaments enough to hurt.

Sometimes, though, if done slowly, and at the right angle, she can sit up straight. It's uncomfortable for me, but she loves it, so...

I think it was during one of these times she got excited, bucked her hips too hard, and pulled downward on the suspensory too hard. But what ripped? Idk. Why does it still hurt 21 months later (still no sex)? Why is it an inch shorter and 45o degrees off? Why can't my erection get past pointing straight out (used to point straight up)? Why isn't the corona getting to the same size during erection? Why have two doctors and one sonar reading show nothing? This is what I'm dealing with

Hmm. Let me find some pics... No, definitely not. All the pain is on the back of the corona, essentially the opposite side of where the frenulum is.

Okay you tell us why two docs can't find anything wrong.
