    Hi been reading this forum for a longer period of time now


    Im 30years old and i did jp90 for 2month(if i remember correctly my EQ was improving at the start) and stretching with a noose extender for 1month, also some cockring clamping with a tourniquet.
    I did a 2week break, only been jelqing light and no stretching/extender at all since my PIs were getting worse.
    (EQ level drop)
    Also NO PORN for 60days right now, was a heavy porn user for almost 15years

    When i had sex last time I noticed that my erection was much weaker, i was barely able to penetrate. We tried over the course of two weeks and the only time i was rock hard was after a nap when i just woke up, this erection lasted for 20minutes+ and i thought its getting better but after that i had the same problem again.
    Was using a condom and not to mention i could go for longer periods of time since i did barely feel anything. (didnt cum a single time during intercourse)

    Same goes for masturbating, i jerk my unit and the only time im really hard is shortly before the PONR, before that my erection is so bad i would be barely able to penetrate.

    Only Thing i noticed whats helping is jelqing with v-jelqs and handover grip. that would make me hard if i masturbate in between. (but im also pretty close to the PONR)

    I think alot of Desensibilisation happened and im looking to improve my EQ now before anything at all.
    Im jerking off 2-3 times a week right now so im cutting down on that pretty much.(no sex right now)
    But im still doing alot of edging without ejaculation during the week and like 30-5second hold kegels spread across each day
    , trying to do those erect while edging.(also dont want to overwork, i think 30 is a good number to start with, did that since monday)

    Morning wood is also weak right now, even though after a 2 week break with light jelqing!

    TLDR; EQ went down, only hard just before the PONR, need to get it up! no need to increase my size just get my EQ up im happy with what i got but without a hard erection its not working!

    thanks for reading, would really appreciate some help, EQ is almost everything.

    just a few days ago I had some EQ issues, I tried adding Yohimbe into my diet and my EQ is not an issue at all right now.

      Are you taking any supplements? I've found that 1000mg L-arginine +500 mg L-citrolline combined with a 20% icariin capsule (Horny Goat Weed) and a muli-vitamin has greatly improved my EQ. Might be worth a try.

        I have the jp90 supplements here but stopped taking them when i noticed my EQ was getting worse.
        I also dont want to rely on taking those to get an erection, that seems weird at my age(30)
        super b complex, multivitamins&minerals, aakg l-arginine
        some supplements i was also trying for a while: omega3, zink, ginkgo biloba, ginseng

        i repeat it again, i stopped those when i noticed my eq was going down

          Those supplements should not have caused a reduction in EQ. How long have you been doing JP90? Is your routine heavy on stretches? Maybe too intense? Did you allow adequate time to work up to the full JP90 routine? Stretches tend to lower your EQ more than girth exercises. How about your diet and other exercises? ANY porn or excessive masturbation? Drug use? Not asking to be critical here, just trying to narrow down what may have caused your EQ decline. I really think it's something besides the supplements, they are all water-soluable and are removed from your body daily, so there is no toxicity from those.

            My personal opinion, Edging gets you rock hard but it also trains your penis to your hand unless your woman is helping you? Anyway when you attempt sex if it doesn't feel like or look like what you do when your edging your penis will not react the same. When I edge I am inside my woman and I edge every chance I get! :-)

              No u are fine dont worry about the questions, i really need some help here.
              ive been doing the jp90 for 2 month february/march, skipped april completely, still trying to recover my EQ.

              but i have to admit that i did some heavy stretches trying to improve length with my noose extender. did almost my full bpfsl 6-8hours a day for a month, but thats a whole month back now. i didnt touch it anymore since i know stretches can decrease the EQ.
              im doing some workout with weights, nothing spectacular but i try to keep myself fit. also cycling a few times a month.

              i didnt watch any porn at all, just camed with my girlfriend a few times, does that even count as porn?
              i did excessive masturbation prior to jp90 but in the last month when i tried to recover my EQ i didnt ejaculate more than once a day, since last week even less than that(going for 2-3 times a week, last time i ejaculated is 3 days back now, but i did some edging in between)

              no drugs at all, very little alcohol (1-2times a month)

              so u think the supplements are fine and i should continue to take those? was thinking about starting them again since nothing really improved

                this is also some point i was thinking about, causing the Desensibilisation.. I could barely feel anything during intercourse but was also using a condom so cant really tell

                    what i forgot to say is its also hard for me to get aroused

                    my girlflriend touching/sucking me didnt make me hard at first which is why she was a bit upset... understandable, maybe the problem is also in my head?
                    but when masturbating i have the same problem, i am barely hard enough to penetrate

                    i think i probably should see a doctor as well

                      well i havent had intercourse in the last time without a condom, but i can tell that im still barely hard enough to penetrate without a condom(foreplay)

                      maybe im nervous since we just got to know, but that doesnt explain my weak erection when masturbating

                        Id say forget masturbation, porn, edging continue to exercise & eat healthy if you have a regular woman talk with her and give it some time. Don't pressure yourself go slow with her and pay attention to whats turning you on and what your feeling.

                          Starting out using your extender to your full bpsfl for 8 hours a day without any previous conditioning was a BIG MISTAKE as a newbie! Guys that are long-term PEers wouldn't do that. ALWAYS work into your routine and build up slowly whenever you are adding new intensive exercises or devices. If you did that for a solid month, it's going to take more than a month to get over it. Recovering from injury just sets you back even further.

                          I suggest you do NO PE, No Edging, NO masturbation, indefinately...until your EQ, AM wood returns. Meanwhile, I'd go back on the supplements, add 20% icariin (Horny Goat Weed), use 1000mg L-arginine and 500mg L-citrolline to try rebuilding your erections. Sex is OK,( if you can get an erection for it without fapping excessively), but try to take it easy on your little dude! He's been through a lot! If you don't see improvement in a few weeks, a urologist visit is in order as you may have some internal penis injury needing doctor's attention to overcome.

                            i really wished we would have gone more slowly, but since i wont get sex for the next weeks or even months i dont want to stop edging/masturbating.
                            but i really dont want to go back to porn, i think im done with that.

                            dude u just scared the hell out of me! something is going on i have to admit, but i dont feel like i injured myself.

                            I wont be able to do no masturbating/edging for more than a week. This would drive me crazy, i probably wont get sex in the next weeks or even months!

                              I also remember getting hard when i was washing my unit in the shower with some lotion, that didnt happen in a while as well. somethings up. There is really some Desensibilisation going on.
                              i also dont feel to horny anymore, if i would have stopped masturbating for more than 2 days i couldnt think of anything else a few months back.
