I've noticed that when I lift weights, I kegels involuntarily. I've been trying to last longer by dOing reverse kegels but it seems to be taking a while for my body/muscles to be completely relaxed during Sex. I'm thinking that the involuntary kegels during exercise, is counter productive to that. If it is, how do I stop myself from doing this?
