Hi
A bit of a long story so i will try make it as short as possible
I do muay thai ( for those who dont know it is Mixed martial arts)
I got knee'd in the groin about a month and a half a go, it was really hard knee and my testicles turned purple and black and was that way for about a week and a half, really tender and really swollen.
After the time i suffered ED problems, My EQ was really bad, i struggled to maintain a erection. Loss interest in sex and still to this time i dont really crave sex like i use to. But my EQ has returned it would be about a 8 now dues to PE training and at the odd time even a 9-10. Does this sound like it damaged my pelvic floor or does it sound more serious. I didnt go and get it check out by a doctor
Before this injury though when i got a erection most of the times my penis would jump up and down like i am doing a kegel. It would be worse if i am lying next to my girlfriend it will just keep jumping up and down like a constant knocking, haha. Is this a Pelvic floor imbalance, If so, what type of exercises/kegels do i need to do.
