About 6 months ago, I was doing JP90. I had been doing it off and on for a few months as I found it hard to get privacy. Since I hadn't been consistent about it, I was getting erect easily from the exercises. When doing the helicopter shakes, I continued doing them even after erect, and I think this is what caused my injury. I felt no pop or even pain after the workout.
The next day I felt like someone had kicked me in the balls, and the pain lasted the whole day. That evening I tried to give myself an erection to see if that would make it feel better. I got maybe half an erection and that only made it feel worse. The next day it hurt about half as bad. I stopped doing PE completely, and after about 2 weeks there was barely any pain. Once it subsided some, I realized the pain was in the base of the underside of my penis. I did some research and it seemed to be a ligament injury.
About 6 weeks after that, the pain was gone, so i decided to PE again. After starting the workout, I began to feel discomfort in that area so I stopped. Kegels made it feel slightly sore, so I stopped doing those too. Nothing has changed since then. I feel no general discomfort in that area. I can get erections and ejaculate without pain. It only hurts when it is touched. If it is touched when I have an erection, it feels uncomfortable, but I don't lose the erection. I've felt around there and I feel the pain when I touch the ligament right in the center of the base of my penis. Feeling it leaves a lingering pain that goes away after maybe 30 minutes, but can sometimes come back later in the day if I sit in a certain way. I feel no scar tissue or gaps or anything wrong with it. The only advice I've seen is to rest it for a few weeks (which I've done for about 24) and ice it. Applying ice to the area makes me feel discomfort since it is sore to the touch, so I don't do that. Is there anything I can do so the pain goes away completely? I go off to college next month, so if I need to see a doctor, I need to wait until then. Any advice?Last edited by Perfectionist22; 08-14-2015 at 01:33 PM. Reason: Formatting

Rest longer and stop touching it. Just think if you keep touching something that is sore do you think it will ever get un sore?

I'm only touching it once every few weeks or so to see if it still feels sore. Also, it's been 6 months. How much longer will I need to rest before I'm completely healed or know that I need to do something else about it? Would an ice bath be helpful? What about firegoat rolls?

Hi Perfectionist22,
I certainly wouldn't be having an ice bath I would be more inclined to use heat on the area such as a hot water bottle or wheat bag to promote blood flow to the affected area.A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTYING

I am scared to got the same "gift" from PE as you.
I started to use PH forte at the beginning of august and everything went well. I started with low tension, carefully and slowly.
I started to experience harder greater thicker erection with more pronounced upcurve.
Couple of days ago I masturbated and tried to "force" my dick to a straighter position with my hand, I mean I pushed it down.
I did not realize the injury immediately, but soon I had weaker erection and pain occured with hard flaccid. I did not even what kind of injury i had, I suspected It may a corpus cavernosum injury.
Yesterday I had a hot bath and localized the exact place of the injury and now I am sure I have a suspensory ligament injury. It is at the bottom of my shaft, at the left/under side.
I am really scared as I read through this kind of issue. I think I am not in the serious level, what is the best I could do to heal? Hot water? Ice water?
How are you now? What did help you?
I simply do not wnt to believe this injury results the the end of my PE journey...
Thank you!

Nothing has changed since my last post. I recently bought a heat pack from CVS. I've used it twice so far and there has been no effect yet. I don't know what else to do but to try it for a few more weeks and see what happens.
