it got shut down earlier this year because guys would join and then start scaring everyone with wild theorys, obitoo spent years of his life researching HF and helped many people get over it but he reached his breaking point with people on the forum speculateing and not doing what he said to get better.

As you can see in most of the related threads, HF is largely an extension of CPPS, and is an indirect result of pelvic floor problems commonly caused by injury. Relaxation techniques and a proper stretching regimen will help the floor get back to normal. Avoiding masturbation may help, because certain masturbation habits cause increased tension in the pelvic floor. As you get back to normal, masturbation should stop being an issue, and pelvic exercises can be used to strengthen your pelvic floor back to what it once was.
I had HF and I recovered 100%. It took 2 to 3 years for me to reach a point where I didn't even notice a difference from before HF. This is a long process. You can be mostly recovered within a year or two of careful work, and sometimes sooner, but it takes a long time to get 100% better. If you work at it, everything will go back to normal.
Entire threads have been written on these forums on how to cope with HF, and can be found using the search function. I recommend starting there. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I have been very inactive in the last year, but I'm trying to be around more. Catch you soon, and good luck.
