Hi guys. I'm currently trying to fix a downward curve. I'm doing the JP90 and extending - my question is related to the circular stretch exercise, part of the JP90. Since you have to do a full circle this means that inevitably some part of the stretch is done toward the angle of the curve. So is it counterproductive to my particular goal? If yes - should I abandon it completely or try to modify it? All other parts of my routine I do against the curve. Any thoughts?
