So this wasn't anything caused by PE but basically from the mid shaft up my corpus spongiosom is squashed into my penis. From the point where its squashed inward my penis flares out as if its either been pushed to the edges or its been pushed between the other two caverns pushing them outward making it much wider on the sides but a bit smaller from top to bottom then the rest of my penis. I've always been incredibly healthy and the ridge under the squashed part still sticks out like half and inch so i know it was meant to be there. i believe during my early puberty, whenever i would get erections i would stick it up between my belt and the large amount of pressure from, im 95% sure was the cause. I also rarely stopped masturbating since that time so it may have never been given time to heal. I havent jelqued for atleast the last year because every time i would i had to be UNBELIEVABLY careful or else i would get hard flaccid and extreme soreness which would scare me off every time. Since then i've learned unintentionally to cure it whenever it would flare up, because ive done tons of yoga and learned to balance and relax my pelvice. ive stopped masturebating now for a month or two and im prepared to stop for 6 months to a year if it means it'll heal the damage but im now wondering what experts such as yourselves think. I would like to start jelqing asap if for nothing more then a healthy dick, so do you guys think i should wait and try to let it heal on its own or maybe will jelqing help it. Has anyone experienced something similar? Or maybe am i being to scared and should i just push through the soreness relax myself and my penis and be careful? However at the point im at now whenever i get and erection my dick gets sore and its hard while flaccid. I'm sure its not hard flaccid because it doesnt shrink and when it does i can just breathe it away and it'll become normal and soft again but this still seems like some healing process is going on.
Thanks for any responses!

First off calm the hell down. It may not be anything serious since you don't seem to have really done a whole lot of PE and you didn't receive any serious trauma to your penis. When I had hard flaccid I had a sore penis and thought I tore my corpus spongiosium. Leave your Little Richard alone for some time and stop having so much anxiety, that perpetuates hard flaccid. Go see a doctor like a reasonable person and quit researching you condition like a hypochondriac. If the doc says nothing is wrong, then he's right, so believe him and don't keep thinking something is wrong with you. There always will be and you will turn into an anxious internet dweller and will scare other people who think they injured their self.
Also, if you are in pain then you shouldn't even be thinking about PE, their should be no "pushing through soreness". Usually if you tore something in your penis you would hear a popping sound.Last edited by HansTwilight; 12-22-2015 at 10:42 AM.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm playing doctor, but I'm trying to get a point across based offof my own personal experience.

UM first of all i don't know why you think i'm freaking out. I was just explaining that while i was doing PE (over a year and a half ago) that the negative pis like extreme soreness scared me off. I've easily dealt with hard flaccid and learned that it is all in your head or just your penis protecting itself from harm(like when you play sports). Really seeing this has always been an indicator to me that pe works if its so easy to reform your dick as some pressure while hard. Its not something serious although i think through extended frequent masturbation my dick might have some scar tissue (which i also understand can be healed easily through proper nutrition, posture, and relaxation). I just want my corpus spongiosum to be normal again and am wondering if there is a pe way or if i should just let it heal through what i just mentioned. I've had soreness to the point of pain but nothing other then that, so ive never thought i have a serious penile injury. Please don't assume. im simply asking if there is a way to restore corpus spongiosum through pe or if rest is my best bet. If this is the wrong section for it then ok i understand but dont assume just because im under the Penile Injury section, im freaking out and not reasonable. i know my body and i know what im doing.

Thank you for the apology that was very "big" of you.
I understand why you assumed that as well, the vast majority of people posting on this section of the forum are usually freaking out. So no one has experience with something like this? Damn, well i guess ill just wait another month or two and try to fix it with PE.

Dude, I have a invisible CS too! PE has made it a LITTLE bigger but I am hoping the bathmate will bring it out from hiding. Some people have big CS's some don't.
