Dear community. New member here, 43 year old, broken penis?
13 months ago I was on 2 weeks of vakation (in london). Back on the hotell i was mastrubating on round 2 when i suddenly felt a sticking pain and a kind of a "snap" feeling just below of my penis head on the right side. Something did not feel right, and i immidiatly feared an penis fracture. I checked on the internet because i wondered if i had to go to the emergency room, but the info on penis fracture/broken penis was so brutal, with sky high pain, deformity and blood, that I simply ruled it out. All I had was a small red mark at injury site, and dull itchy like discomfort. . A couple of days later a i also developed small dark spots around injury site + a small lump. In the morning after the injury i discovered small amounts of blood on my penis. I could not figure out where the blood came from, but it was very minor. This bleeding came and went for about 3 weeks. It was minor every time. The lump dissapaired after 2 months.
I thought with my self that i should just take my time and it would heal. But now 13 months after, i still have very weak errections, no unvolentary errections and very rarly night errections. When i have a night errection it is typically very weak. My glans is soft, and it is like nerve signals dont reach the glans. It is very frustrating.
My penis has basicly stayed at status quo in 13 months. But 2 months ago something intresting happend. I had toothaike and i used ibuprofen and asperin for about 2 weeks. It did not work at all for my teeth, but i started to get tingeling at the injury spot just benith the glans. I kept using ibuprofen and asperin for about 3 weeks, and there was defintely something going on in my penis. But then it was like my body got used to the drugs, and things settled down again. I then started experimenting with cittruline, butchers broom and arnica pellets. It does make something happen inside my penis, but only for about a week or so. It seems that my body also adapt to this approach. So I am about to conclude that i have been suffering from an untreated penis fracture. It freaks me out a little bit, because when i read about it, it says it should be operated immidiatly, and treated as a medical emergency. Is there no hope of getting better? I mean...what now. Game over?

You first need to get this checked out with a professional. From my perspective, it seems like you suffered an ischiocavernosus strain. It starts off with localized inflammation and then progresses to include more and more of the muscles in the region. Anti-inflammatories often help in this case. You will want to treat it like you would CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) before it gets chronic, and starts involving all of the other pelvic floor muscles (full blown CPPS).

In 13 months you never thought of going to a doctor? Why not think about it now!

No I have been to a doctor, but when it comes to issues like this they tap you on the back and says everything will be ok and then throw viagra after you. I feel no doctor even know what to do. I live in Norway so we have a public healh system. Only problem is, they don't take these things seriously. I might have to go to a private clinic. Thanks for the input.

Why not go and get it checked. Docs aren't really all that bad. They're really helpful if you're having a heart attack, or so I hear. Sometimes they actually do what they're supposed to do. Give the doc and your dick the chance.

The doctor is right -- there is nothing really wrong, or physically broken. It's like treating a tight muscle, which when kept in that state for an extended period of time, causes other issues in the surrounding region. Viagra specifically targets tissues directly in the region of the tight muscle, which might help rectify the issue. You best bet however is to start a stretching, massage, relaxation, etc. routine that targets this problem like you would target CPPS.

If anybody could give me a hint about the ischiocavernosus muscle I would be thankful.. Why does it not heal up? What is good physical therapy for this? Is there any treatmeants like shockwave therapy that would benefit this condition? Trigger point therapy? Is it connected to the pirrifirmous syndrome? Sorry for stupid questions.
