Swollen foreskin plus hard veins in foreskin

Sorry I pressed post without completing the title. I meant to say swollen foreskin plus hard veins in foreskin.

After a pretty rough fapping session, I looked down at my penis and noticed it was a little swollen. Under further inspection it wasn't my glad or shaft, those were hard from the hard flaccid, but it was the dorsal vein in my foreskin has hardened near the top of my shaft. It feels very hard and a little painful to the touch. Though it only hurts when touching and there is a slight general discomfort. No other problems at the moment.

So is there anything I should do besides resting? Also what could this be? Thrombosis? Mondors disease? Swollen lymph nodes?

I'm trying not to be worried because I know the downward spiral it can cause but if it doesn't get better in 2-3 days I will go to the doctor. Sucks ass that It's near New Years. I sort of feel like I'm being punished for being so fucking stupid to masterbate as often as I do since I have HF and CPPS. Lesson learned. I'm going to quit masturbation for good.

thanks ta53ora, I wrote this on my ipad and messed it up. Just as an update, the swelling has gone down, but vein is still hard. Hope it goes away. no more jerking off for a long long long time.
