    Hello! Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. OK so I just started my second week of the JP90 program. First week went well, I realized I was doing the V-Jelqs incorrectly but other than that things were fine. Yesterday I noticed during my normal jelqs that there wasn't as much blood flowing to the head of my penis as usual, but I assumed that was because I had forgotten to take my L-Argenine. Finished my exercise with some edging and everything was fine.

    Today was a totally different story. It seemed like my penis did not want to co-operate. Had a hard time getting the erections level needed, had a hard time keeping them, was not as much blood flow even with taking L-Argenine, and when my penis seemed to be at the correct erection level it was really hard as if it was fully erect.
    I got kind of worried because I remember reading something about people losing size if they are doing something incorrect. After I finally finished my jelqs I tried to see how erect I could get my penis. I'm normally about 5 and half inches, but this time it stopped at like 3 and was hard as if it was fully erect.

    Was I perhaps just having a bad day? I was sort of stressed out today and was not really in the mood, but normally that isn't a problem. Or maybe I over trained on kegels or something? I've noticed a very slight resistance when I urinate the last two days.

    A drop in EQ is a negative PI. Take an extra rest day and lower you repititions and the intensity of your jelq (lighter grip). You sound very stressed out. That alone will cause low EQ. Relax. If you need something to do until your next workout, practice some reverse kegels.
