so today I read about the pelvic floor and I belive I have a problem so lemme share it with you and tell me what you think.
I had fisura and maybe still have it (its little cracked skin in the ractum which hurt alot and distract) I belive it happened because of the army..
and I realized I kind of leaving myself in a reverse kegel state (like realeasing the pelvic floor) because it make me feel more comfortable in the ractum.. and because of it I belive it affected my EQ that is very poor atm..
please tell me what you think, thank you.
