Internal pain in penis from jelqing- 2 yr injury

I stupidly jelqed without a hot towel warm up & at full erection about two years ago.
Since then there's been pain on and off INTERNALLY. feels like some part/vein of the cavernosa burst inside.
Admittedly I haven't given a full two years to heal , I've tried to jelq again at different times and some pain has come back.

Pain pretty much goes away again, UNTIL I try to jelq again or do kegels

My question is- are there any injuries that will just never heal?
I don't want this to affect my dating life, as I'm only 12cm girth without jelqing and I want to get to around 12.5-13cm girth to feel confident. My length is 14.5-15cm and I'm okay with that

Do you think I will be able to jelq again?

Absolutely fine, never had a problem with erection. Just the slight internal pain. Like I said, only comes back now when I try to jelq/do kegels
