  • Hanging Injury 10+ months

10+ months ago I used the bib starter. After a month, I sustained an injury that would make my glans white, no feeling, and no erections. Since then, it's been a rollercoaster ride. Sometimes, I could get normal rock hard erections. Other times, no blood flow would happen and would lose most sensation. I've just seen my 5th urologist to finally agree to get me an ultrasound; it'll be performed 2 months from now. Today, I look down at my penis.. hard flaccid, pale, and very painful. The painful, hard flaccidness is a new progression in this nightmare. I wish I knew exactly wtf is wrong. My erections are smaller, yet more firm. Very painful. Why is my head almost white?? Driving me crazy

May you by any chances have done a kegel or being just slightest erect when you hanged and got this injury?

we're you tense in your pelvic floor Before you got the injury?

It sounds to me like its Another case of pelvic floor injury since these are no symptoms of a lig-injury

    restricted erection
    pale Cold deflated glans
    CS not filling
    hard flaccid.

The first thing i recommend is rest, but this has been going on for 10 months which means rest isnt going to do it, you need to start doing reverse kegels and hindi squats, your BC muscle is clenched.

I assume you have noticed urinary Changes, as weaker flow, dribbling perhaps?

You have injured your bulbocavernosus muscle.

What makes it certain in these hard flaccid issues is that, when you really notice that your glans gets fucked up
(Cold, deflated, numb) Its Always the bulbocavernosus, the BC is responsible for the artery that leads to your CS and glans ( which explains the hard flaccid, no blood flow, smooth muscle cant relax, bc also clamps at the pudendal nerve causing Cold and numb sensations.)

Scary stuff man...like the other posters suggested, focus on training your pelvic floor. Good luck

You seem to have a lot of knowledge. Currently I have been prescribed 5mg of daily Cialas & 3000mg of daily L-Citrulline. I'm being seen at UCLA, #3 urology facility in America. My penile ultrasound is in two weeks. I also spoke with dr Irwin Goldstein, look him up. He said he thinks I have penile scarring. I'm assuming that means fibrosis. Oh boy. I was looking up DMSO cream and PABA pills for that. Any advice?

And just to be clear, I was erect when this happened (stupid, I know). The head of my penis was purple and bulging right before I noticed and took the BIB hanger (8lbs) off. I don't recall my pelvic floor being tense before the injury. What is 'CS'?

              restricted erection
              pale Cold deflated glans
              CS not filling
              hard flaccid.

This describes my injury perfectly. I have noticed that there is now a delay right before I pee.

              "reverse kegels and hindi squats"

I don't know what these are. Any extra info would be great.

A "bulbocavernousus muscle" injury sounds a lot like what I have. I've done some reading on this and it seems like testosterone therapy is the fix for this injury. Maybe physical therapy? Not even sure where I would go for a pelvic floor injury.

I have noticed masterbation/sex plays a huge role with my injury. Whenever I leave it alone for a week and a half, it starts to look and feel like my old penis. The color in my glans will come back, the pain will subside, bigger erections, more feeling. But after engaging in sex/masterbation a few times, I'm back to pale glans, pain in what seems to be the "bulbocavernousus muscle" area, constricted erections, hard flaccid, and just overall bad blood circulation in the penis.

I'm thinking this can't be fibrosis because that would be more of a constant issue. My issue seems to drastically fluctuate day by day.

A few days ago I was rushed to the ER for testicular pain. I thought I might have a testicular torsion. I got an ultrasound for the testicals and the doc said nothing was wrong.

Thank you for providing me with this possibility. I will definitely bring this up to the urologist when I see him.

Google on reverse kegel and hindi squat.

Reverse kegel is the motion you do when you force out piss, the "opposite" of normal Kegel.

Do reverse kegels every day whenever you remember to.

Sit in hindi squat for 3-5 minutes per day and try to do a reverse kegel during the squat.

This is indeed a bc muscle injury and you need to stretch it out.

Avoid masturbation and getting erect for two weeks when you start This. Because it makes unnessecary pressure at bc muscle.

Also you can stop taking supplements like citrulline or arginne/ cialis. This is not the problem.

Just do as i say and you Will be seeing improvements in a few weeks. Trust me

Btw the tension is Also responsible for the Pain in your testicles.

All This is, is muscle tension nothing else. No scarring.

                  Just so as i said

Thanks so much for your reply. My penile ultrasound is in 6 days and I'm hoping for some good news. I'll start on the hindi squats & reverse kegels. And I'll drop the supplements for now. The hardest thing is not masterbating. Thanks again

I've been suffering for 10+ months and just wanna make sure it's not something more serious like fibrosis or an artery issue. And the pelvis is still a urology issue, so the doc should still be able to give me advice. It's been going on for pretty long and it's kinda scary when this issue doesn't go away. I will say that the longest times I would not masterbate for is like a week and a half, tops. Should I be waiting for longer?

What else can I do to help this situation? Muscle relaxers?

There is very limited info on reverse kegels and hindi squats. My understanding is that reverse kegels are essentially just relaxing the pc muscle instead of contracting it, right? (I was doing PC muscle contraction exercises all last night and I think that those are just kegels, which is not what I should be doing, right?)

Contractions are your worst enemy atm, and no urologists have no clue about This issue.

I am right and i am sure.

I myself was balled between urologists and docs for cpps. Chronjc pelvic Pain syndrome.

Couldnt piss cause it was so painful, much more issues aswell, similar to you but more severe.

No one knew what was wrong. Until i started Reading, now Ive read all the books that is about pelvic problems, so i had to deal with it by myself, and i still see threads with locals here who gets denied by doctors and no one knows whats wrong.

Generally, doctors Dont know shit about This, i am helping people with this every day and most have a hard time believing that i would know more than a doctors, Its sad but im sure i do.
