So thats the last thread iam going to make about hard flaccid. I have this for a few years now. I think it happened from intense kegeling ( no shit ). Iam doing hindu squat. squats streches and other kind of stuff. Iam trying to stop masturbation because last time i did a one month no fap and was doing streches i was so close to cure that little piece of fuck. I did what hans said with belly breaths and happy baby etc. And to be honest with you sometimes when i was doing those things i felt my pf doing spams again. I saw results with squats and other things but then the improvements gone away. I dont know how some of you cure that thing in less than a week or something. That sounds fcking great lol. So iam confused. Not really know what works and what doesnt. should keep trying but need some light.

You need to gain more control of your pelvic floor, basically.
I can fuck all night kegeling hard like a bastard, wake the next day with a turtled hard flaccid, reverse kegel all day, and be fine.
The issue at hand, with your pelvic floor, is your balance point is off, more so on the kegel side of things. What you need to do is reverse kegel, and reset that balance point more so towards the reverse kegel side. Think of a teeter totter.
Start doing reverse kegels. Every time you piss, hold that reverse kegel long after the drips stop. It may seem a little strenuous in the beginning, but the more you stretch that BC muscle, the easier it becomes to stretch, as compared to when first starting. Start doing AB workouts also, if not already. Hold a light reverse kegel all damn day, and eventually it will become second nature, moving the balance point.
