  • Injured, lost, and out of ideas, please help

    Hello everyone,

I hope you're all good. I got injured early July masterbating, I felt a tweak and I've had issues since including a left bend of 10 degrees, strength and size of errection, pain having sex. Here's a summary

    - Saw NHS Urologist in August, said it wasn't a fracture and to just be careful

    - Went Private and got an ultrasound, no Peyronies but a small 'nick' of damage. Also found a very tight frenulum which I've need been scheduled to have taken away

    - Got a new girlfriend, we were having regular and slightly painful and limited sex, she accidentally knee'd me while erect and any intercourse is very painful, feels like deep bruising

    - Went to sexual health clinic, no STI's, but a condition related to the tight frenulum which means the skin on my head and the penis is very tight and prone to Balanitis which they think is causing the pain.

I'm actually at a loss, I never had a curved penis, it never ached when errect or was painful in any position other than missionary. I agree with the skin issue because Balanitis would come and go regularly, I can see the frenulum surgery helping reduce that maybe, but that damage to the penis I feel, how weak and unstable it is, I don't think it will help that. I actually feel that if my girlfriend was on top of me it would give way, I can get an erection quickly though. I also feel like (and felt when I had the accident) like my urethra was damaged, I also feel an ache from the base of my penis past my testicles and along to where my ass is.

Anyway, I'm rambling now, does anybody have any advice, creams, supplements, pumps, anything to get this moving forward and getting as close to 100% recovered as I can. I just feel like less of a man and that I'm letting my girl down. Thanks guys,

Nerve damage due to the nick you've reported. Supplementing with a B complex helps healing nerves but really you should leave it for now to let it heal. No masturbation no porn no unneeded touching. I could suggest L-Taurine as it reversed penile fibrosis (scarring) in rats, and it is really healthy for a lot of things. But other then that, all you can do is wait for your body to heal the damage that has been done. Don't worry, you'll recover and you'll have great and comfortable sex afterwards. We all recover and those that don't we help until they recover!

This sounds like a medical issue you should follow medical advice.

Thanks dude, I literally rested it for 2-3 weeks, after the surgery I'll have to rest it for 6 weeks away which is good. Thanks for the support and helpful advice

I have and I am my friend, not much they say, just 'get on with it', the frustrations of the NHS at times is that don't fully support or believe your problems

It could be a little fibrosis? I read when this is starting the better is take vitamin E and Phentox or something like that in order to avoid a worsening of the curve. But i am not sure since I dont go into that much.

Go for peyroniesforum.net, if you want, because although you do not have peyronie or you only have a small fibrosis, many advices in that forum could help you to improve your situation and you could avoid a worsening
