6 years ago I was jelqing 100% erect and kegeling at the same time. I've felt a sharp pain on the left side of my glans and I stoped. After that I lost my morning wood and spontaneous erections and had ED. I explained what happened to the urologist, he touched my penis and said that it will be fine. After a week or so I could get a 70% erection from watching porn and with physical stimulation it would become a 100% erection, however I didn't regain my morning wood and spontaneous erections. I also lost my libido after the injury.
I noticed some changes in my flaccid penis, after weightlifting or cardio it would be thinner, longer and shaped like a hourglass. This was very strange.
I masturbated regularly. 3 months after the injury something strange happened, I turned on a porn and wasn't aroused at all! I wanked my flaccid penis forcefully, got an erection and ejaculeted with constant physical stimulation.
After this event my penis has changed into the overextended large flaccid, it was bigger with ugly veins. My glans and corpus spongiosum didn't fill up and I had to apply constant physical stimulation to get and keep an erection. Urination frequency rised. Pee stream would split and I would dribble urine at the end of urination, my penis skin looked (still looks) wrinkeled and unhealthy. Few masturbations after this I would experience pain on the left side just below the glans during ejaculation.
I went to few urologists after this and they did tests and found nothing physically wrong with me and told me it's all in my head. Gave me Viagra which didn't have any effect on my erection.
6 years have passed, my large flaccid has turned more to a hard flaccid. My glans and CS get engorged now, penis skin is still wrinkeled and ugly. No morning wood, no spontaneous erections. Erection is a little easier to maintain then 6 years ago. Occasionally I get some slight pain on the left side in my glans. Kegeling doesn't make my penis rise, I don't feel the muscle like I did before the injury. The underside of my glans is darker color and cold sometimes. I don't feel blowjobs or sex, sensation is low.
I abstained from masturbation for 2 months on 3 occasions so far. I noticed that my erection would become better, the orgasm would be more powerful and I would feel my pelvic floor muscles contracting during ejaculation, penis sensation would be greater! I also noticed that coming near PONR and not ejaculating makes me lose my erection and kegeling during erection makes me lose the erection. ( could this be pelvic muscles getting tighter when this happens and constricting blood flow? )
If it was vascular it wouldn't get better with abstinence? If it was a nerve it would've healed by now?
I suspect this to be a pelvic floor injury or some sort of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. Abstaining probably made the muscles more relaxed so the blood flow was better and they were functioning, ejeaculation makes them tight again I guess. I called a PT( there isn't a pelvic floor PT specialst in my country ) and told him that I have a pelvic floor dysfunction, he said if you have such a problem It will be solved in 15 minutes ( that's unrealistic and he didn't mean it like that literally but he gave me hope). I will be seeing the PT in around 10 days.
What do you guys think about it? Could this be pelvic floor related?
