Hi, I'm not new in the forum but I want to ask something. Before going any further thanks for your time. Just some background info, I have been having sexual problems because of antidepressants, search for pssd if you want, but I have gotten better as time passes. This condition ruined two of my relationships. Anyway the last relationship I had did not end well, and when I broke up I started to do pe exercises. I read about the dangers of overtraining, (I did the penishealth.com exercises all of them) but sometimes my penis did get sore because of the exercises, as soon as I started noticed problems I stopped to let my body heal. At the end I did manage to gain something like 3 cm and much better girth. I'm happy with my gains, but to be honest I did it so when my ex got back which she did not, I had something better to show. So a week ago I could not get it up and all my sexual problems got back. I tried inositol and it worked, but one day I trained kegels. I can't remember the name of the exercise but it's done like this. You get a good erection, ring he shaft of the penis, press your hand and your pic muscles and its done. The day after that I have problems archiving an erection. Some day after I got problems maintaining an erection. Anyways the point is that if I am able to maintain morning woods for some minutes in the morning (only when I am laid down) does that rules even mild venous leakage? I have problems maintaining erections when I am standing, and this last days i have overmasturbated (feels sore). Does morning woods rules out all kind of venous leakage? What exam or procedure do you recommend me to know how is the health of my penis if you believe I have a venous leakage?

I've been having some similar issues. I overworked my dick with Jelqs and some other exercises, and got deep throated semi hard. I cant get hard anymore for the last 3 days. If I do manage, it does down in about 3 seconds. Fully flaccid in about 10. Can barely manage sex.
Never had that problem before. Some pain and soreness.
I hope this shit goes away. Anyone else have this same problem? How'd it turn out?

Well yeah maybe, like a week ago I had a strong morning wood but since then my morning woods have not been that strong, the curious thing is that this strong morning woof happened a more or less life a four days after my last workout. I msdturbated compulsively after that because my mind was creating problems. On a positive note... My girth has increased a bit to 5 1/8... Hopefully it's not just swollen... I saw the gains just a little before the jelq incident.
