  • Do I have death grip syndrome?

    I'm male 28.

    My glans doesn't have much sensitivity, because I believe gripped it too hard during masturbation in the last years 6 years. Sometimes I gripped as hard as I could. I was circumcised very tight, almost no foreskin / skin left.
    However I did no fap challenge for 90 days and sensitivity increased, mainly the remaining inner skin.
    When I press more in my glans, I feel "a lot", sometimes up to the point when I feel the pleasure as an explosion in my head. But if I touch it very gently I feel nothing. During sex with condom I also feel very little, enough to keep erection.
    Do I have death grip, and anyone had the same situation? How many days did you need to fix it? I am going to do nofap for a year or something.
    I also have an appointment at the doctor. Should I mention "death grip" to him, will he understand? And are there any medications for the nerves?

    I'm not sure if abstaining from PMO will work, or should I buy a fleshlight and train with it maybe once per week?

    How long should I expect it to heal?

    Stop kegeling. Balance your pelvic floor. B vitamins help nerves, although I believe this is just a pelvic floor issue.

    My glans was dead and lifeless till I balanced my pelvic floor.

      Hey, thank you! But what are you talking about? I have no idea about pelvic floor or how to balance it. I heard a lot of other guys also over masturbated with tight fast grip and got a "death grip". I thought it is the same for me.

        I'd say, try abstaining from death grip. If that doesn't resolve your problem, look into PF balance.

        I'm not the only one where PF balance increased sensitivity.

          Stay away from porn. Masturbate as edging instead. Learn to do it gently and don't ejaculatebmorenthann3 times per week. Learn kegels and reverse kegels and Hindi squats. Use these and other yoga stretches that focus on the lower back, abs, pelvis and thighs

                    With a condom I feel almost nothing - very little just so I can keep erection and could bang for hours. I never had sex without a condom. But anyway I could never reach orgasm from sex, not even close. Yes, it was always the same for the last 8 years. But I never thought that I can fix / do something about this problem.

                    No porn, masturbation, orgasm for me - I did 90 days without touching already. Then I can masturbate and cum in a minute or two. But the sensation is not in the glans, it comes from foreskin I guess.

                    How can I return sensation to the glans? I thought no PMO for about a year would help and I use Man1 Man oil and some other creams.

                      I trained myself to relax, to not kegel. No specific routine to be honest. How is your PF now? Do you kegel a lot during the day? Do you kegel a lot during fapping/sex to feel/increase pleasure? Can you reach PONR without kegels? If you were to reach PONR without kegels, would the stimulation need to be rapid and aggressive?

                        I don't kegel during the day but I do still kegel from stimulation and feel like it's necessary to reach PONR. Without it, the stimulation would need to be rapid and aggressive as you say. I'm still working on that. I guess the important thing to do is keep RKing daily, stay relaxed and practice getting to the PONR without kegels?

                              I am not repeat not a fan of no fap.


                              Do this fap as much as you like but only with a light grip . This will mean you have difficulty cuming and you might go a time without ejaculation . Keep doing that until you can cum with a lighter grip
