I've talked to a few members via pm here but i thought i'd start a thread to get a general consensus
So basically, I'm kind of a neat freak and in the last couple years when i would travel with friends, instead of sitting on the toilet, i'd bend a lil and stand and poop. This is one of the things i think has contributed to this condition. not sure if it is important or not but i thought id mention it.
As for masturbation habits, I have edged quite a lot in the past but i would cum at the end. Sometimes edging sessions would last 2 hours or so. But my stamina was something i was pretty proud of. and altho i havent touched my junk in a week, i still think i have that kind of stamina. And also having read somewhere that kegels are good, i used to do kegels quite a lot. like an idiot. and another thing, i used to masturbate a few times right after i came. its like i had multiple orgasms. i guess thats not a good thing. i had barely no refractory period
now my symptoms began almost 2 years ago when i had to pee in the morning and i felt this sudden shooting pain from the tip of my penis to my rectal area. This was accompanied by weak urination and frequent urination. A few days after, I felt like i couldnt eliminate all the poop while on the toilet. like i had to strain a lot more to push out all the poop. I went to the doc. got me on doxy i think. not sure what the med was and i guess i felt better but it was placebo i think.
by that point, i had changed my pooping position to squat position and it felt easier to poop this way altho it wasnt exactly effortless pooping like it was in the past. AFter a poop, i would have to pee more and had weak utrination. What i did notice was taking stool softeners made the symptoms a lot more mild and for around 10 days , when i ate just bananas , the poops were so smooth that my symptoms had almost vanished. but going back to a regular diet(lotsa fiber and veggies), the symptoms started to come back. last month i went to the same uro, got diagnosed with prostatitis. but no bacteria in urine. all tests were perfect and he said i might need a psychologist cuz im thinking too much. but honestly im not that stressed out. i mean isnt it normal for a person to be a lil stressed out if he cant poop or pee properly. i think this is a pelvic floor dysfunction. i read the hans protocol and pmed hans a lot. Hans helped out a lot but i thought id start a topic just to hear from all u guys. im 29 btw

I've been reading amy steins healing pelvic pain and from the forums i hear hindi squats n RKs are good. id like for u guys to gimme some advice? im not really that anxious a person btw. this condition has given me some anxiety tho
