Red glans and loose white discharge

There is some redness on the fron head and some smelly discharge to .. i washed it .. but foreskinn is really loose and glans are swollen (like in erection )but the shaft is flaccid .. what should i do .. foreskin hurts my corona

Have you had a test for sti.clamidya and ghonorea(spelling wrong??)have similar symptoms..

Sounds a lot like a yeast and infection (very easy, pain free cure - apply a cream 3 times a day for 7-10 days), but it could be something else. Get a doctor to take a quick look, but I'm fairly certain on what your describing.
