I'm about 5 weeks in to JP90. It started well, my EQ improved, my flaccid hang improved, morning wood was good and I appear to have made minor gains in length. I was encouraged, but stayed patient and resisted the temptation to do more or work harder; JP90 is for conditioning your rod for the journey ahead. But this week my EQ has taken a nosedive.
How bad is it?
Well, last night I took 20mg Cialis for a good sex session. I managed one boner at around 80%. This is a concern. Also, usually with Cialis I get recurring wood for 24-36 hours. Not his time.
I'm following this schedule:
2 on, 1 off, 2 on 2 off. I break my workout into two sessions - stretching (with warm up and cool down) in the a.m. and jelqing p.m.
The only thing I can think is that i have been skimping on the warm down. 10 mins warmup but I don't always do a cool down.
Should I persevere? Change anything? Apart from cooling down of course....i don't want to damage my dick or harm my EQ. This is why I quit PE efore. Same issues with EQ. And 2-3 weeks after stopping my EQ fixed up.
