I incorporate my bath mate into my PE sessions as a warm up and cool down. When I pump I just let it hang from my groin. I'm starting to feel like it's causing fatigue to my muscle right above my penis. It's the muscle that flexes when I reverse kegel. Now when I stand I tend to have a tight pelvic floor until I'm sitting or lying down.
Could the bathmate be causing this? In the future I'm going to try the home made neck strap I used to keep the front tilted upwards.
