    OK I hope I’m posting this in the correct place.
    I’ve been reading these forums for a while, but never posted, never really had to. Had ED my entire life, not on my own - except for an unhealthy stint with porn addiction - just with other people. So I built a strong familiarity with kegels, reverse kegels, meditative brwathing, MMOs DOs etc etc, which helped ALOT. Never really subscribed to a program or routine, just kind-of followed my intrigue and figured it out as I went along.

    A while ago I realised that somewhere between a kegel and a reverse kegel, there was this space I could relax into where my pelvic floor would feel incredible. it was like a fluttering or humming somewhere behind my penis and if I relaxed and meditated on this sensation it would spread and my breathing would turn into spasms resembling mini-orgasms. Needless to say, I became mildly addicted to this sensation, and seeing as I could do it anywhere, I pretty much did it all the time. It would make me feel instantly more sexual, and would make girls just seem more sexually intense to be around. After I’d say 5 days of this, I was holding a reverse kegel after one of these relaxation sessions, and just as I felt I was approaching a new level of pelvic floor relaxation, I developed a new sensation. It was like a feeling of fullness somewhere in my penis, kind of like the feeling of getting erect but not all that pleasant, and I cant get an erection from it.
    It makes me feel weird, almost like when tickle your lips or scratch a fork on a plate, not pain, just a sense of ‘ahh stop it’.
    It greatly dampened the orgasmic feeling of what I had going on before, and whenever I go back to that place of relaxation, I feel that feeling again, almost like a stretching feeling in my penis. And now I also feel it in my big toes (?!).
    I have tried stopping all the reverse kegels and pelvic relaxation, but it has almost become unconscious and habitual and I’m worried I caused some sort of damage and I’m preventing the area from healing, or gradually worsening it.

    Anybody know what’s been going on to me?
    It’s been about a week now since it first happened. I seem to be able to get hard and cum without any problems(maybe a little aching?) but even that could be exacerbating it. Any advice as to what I should do?

    Now I’m feeling a sharp but light pain whenever I’m relaxing my pelvic muscles, kind of feels inside like my urethra, maybe an inch from the tip. I’m slightly concerned, would really appreciate any advice.

      Ok guys with any understanding at all of what you posted are few so lucky you here I am .

      I can do the space you talk of . So this is mini orgasm without even an erection ? Yeah i can do not that but have never been addicted to it and never experienced any problem with it .

      As you know many pelvic floor issues are felt in the penis

        Just to declare myself I suspect from what you have posted so far that your "style" of mmo is generally different than mine. Thus you were more attracted to this technique .

          Thus far my successes with MMO have been initially from clamping a kegel at the PONR, then I figured out how to completely relax at the PONR and not quite orgasm, but just kinda bliss out from minimal stimulae (more eging really -as was hard reverse kegelling before the PONR), then about a year ago, I managed a perfectly timed kegel that sort of somehow put me in the seat to semi-consciously kegel and reverse kegel and orgasm without any ejaculation. I only managed this one other time. I almost successfully managed the technique involving the Taoist point on the perenium, had about 4 dry contractions but then ejaculated, but I felt there was something there.

          Pegasus, you’re a straight up legend on these forums. Is there anything you can suggest? I feel like I’m losing sensitivity or something, just feels wrong, but I understand that penis anxiety can be particularly mind-bending.

            I would avoid the "magic spot " mmo technique .
            AS you probably know I am a "hard style " mmo and my usual form is kegal mmo .
            So you did this but moved on to "soft style" by the sound of "bliss out" . Angels sing and soft waves of orgasmic bliss float you through the tao kind of thing?

            If we are on the same page you will need to tell me.
            Ok then you moved onto the current thing so i take it you can do this without an erection?

                I moved on because I was worried about inducing retrograde ejaculation too often, and I wasn’t satisfied with the sparse literature concerning the safety of clamping cum inside yourself on a regular basis.

                I wouldn't call this an MMO technique, I had assumed it to be more like a handsfree stimulation of the prostate via the subtle movements of the muscles in the pelvic floor as they relax.

                I only mentioned MMOs just to state my familiarly with pelvic floor exercises.

                Is there any damage that can be done by relaxing and reverse kegelling too much over 5 days? I was also doing a handsfree exercise where I try and go between kegel and reverse kegel as fast as possible, feels good.

                I also recently found out about the IC muscle and had begun training that, possibly without enough initial rest periods.

                Just trying to dump as much potentially useful information in case somebody knows whats going on with my dick system.

                  Also, concerning the ‘magic point’ technique (which is basically to touch a point on perenium somewhere between scrotum and anus, at PONR,which halts ejaculation), I found that any significant pressure created too much stimulation at the PONR and it was like the ejaculation was held back but overwhelmed whatever it was being held back by. However it was when I used a very light pressure - think how light you rest your finger on the trackpad of a laptop - that I felt it working somewhat. And I think even that was too heavy a pressure.

                    If you have a retrograde ejaculation you lose erection like you normally would is that what happened?
                    While the Taoists do semen retention i advise regular ejaculation.

                    Ok yes it does sound like an overuse issue . Could be a standard overuse through lack of condition for isolated ic work .
                    With rk they are in effect a stretch and it is quite possible to get an overstretch injury .

                    So conclusion an overuse issue of the pelvic floor. Standard treatment rest ,warm baths or compress.
