Discoloration of glans

Im 18 and the upper half of my glans is gray in color.
I dont know the cause and there is no pain, no itchiness.
But the botttom part is red but the top is just gray.
Can someone tell me the cause and its treatment.
Im thinking that it is dryness or maybe keratinisation but im not sure.
A great help would be appreciated.

Hard to say since its decently hard to determine what you consider gray. I would say that if you mean gray as in true gray closing in at dark-ish then it might be bad. Is the area cold?

As blomman said, if its gray like that there might be an issue, but other than that its pretty normal. Do you PE? I've tried it mutiple times having actual white/gray discoloration spots on the head from bathmate session where i might have used too much pressure, but it goes away.
