Probably the most expert doctor on cpps, i dont even know what this HF thing was, is Dr. Leon chaitow.

By far the most active researcher right now for myofascial pain syndrome, neuro skeletal muscular pain and dysfunction etc etc is Dr. Jay P Shah of Maryland.

The pharmaceutical industry might assassinate that guy when he if finds the cure or even a machine that objectively identifes trigger points.

Sometjing like 20 to 40 of americans are on some type of pain pill and alot others are on heroin. No doctor and definitely no urologist has any economic incentive to cure CPPS. There is a shit ton of imformation out there
Sift through it see what works for you and apply it.

Here is a video of what is happening in your pelvic muscles.

Watch "The Mechanisms of Musculoskeletal Pain" on YouTube
    https://youtu.be/4LEy8B1D3QE

If you dont get it ( pelvic symetry and low level trigger points) under control before other muscles start to cascade and overload Your posture really will spiral out of control and youll be in the spasm pain loop enjoying alot of substance P, indefinitely.

just get it out of your head that HF is caused by something that is wrong in your penis. you got HF because of your tight pelvis. it is no coincidence that you have a tight pelvis. now work on it and don't get confused by people who say it has nothing to do with your tight pelvis!

These people in this studies most likely had an already tight /tense pelvic floor by clenching during masturbation. So let’s make that clear. Hf is brought on by jelqing with a tight pelvic floor, over masturbation/aggressive masturbation with a tight pelvic floor, using an extender with a tight pelvic floor, using a bathmate with a tight pelvic floor etc. we are setting ourselves up for failure with doing these things , the pe exercises and over masturbation are just the icing on the cake. It makes the most sense

@CD let go of this, this leads to nothing. You better work on your pelvis and get better. Arguing with others won't help you.

I looked through my diary what I did back then 8 years ago when I had ED (I took note of everything and how it affected ED) and I did A LOT of kegels for about a month. I thought that I got venous leak at this time (which of course was just catastrophic thinking as VL is just bullshit)
I also got much better EQ, morning wood, etc like you but it caused me to get HF in the first place. I did get HF because my pelvic was tight at this time. So kegels help with EQ but it won't help with CPPS at all. It just make things worse. You are doing light kegels so I don't know exactly if this is any better but I just wanted to let you know my experience of doing kegels while having a tight pelvis. What you do with this information is up to you.

I also have never seen any CPPS expert recommending kegels. I would trust them more than some random guy on the internet because you don't know the state he was in at this time and if he hasn't done other things as well.

So u can balance the pelvic floor by relaxing them by doing rks and strengthening them by doing regular kegels.

balancing the pelvic floor by just doing RK and K would work for a healthy pelvic floor but not in our case where our pelvic floor is already tight. unfortunately, it isn't as easy as that

A very wise post! One thing this type of bevavior can lead to is warnings, infractions and banning:

"Mean behavior detrimental to the goals of the PEGym (name-calling, bullying, playing off the insecurities of others, excessive questioning the stats/gains of other members, baiting, intentionally inciting others)"

Unfortunately venous leak is a real phenomenon, but it usually isn't the cause of the issues posted on this forum.
