Thread: Weak spasmed pf

I have recently been to see a men's health physio who has said my pelvic floor is weak and in spasm. I'm just wondering if any body has any advice. I have pretty good control over my front rk but my kegal is weak and I can't perform a back rk at all. I have been told to massage my abdominals do belly breaths and start internal massage ready for the therawand.

Yes definitely going to follow what he's telling me to do, and ive seen Hans protocol. I'm Abit concerned at the moment as my morning erections have stopped and my erections are extremely weak. He has told me to do back rks or full rks sparingly my trouble is I have trained in front rks for many months so that is all I know how to do I'm fairly certain this has contributed to the weakness and I've totally lost my libido he has told me to do yoga but didn't specify what just that I'm stiff maybe he will tell me more when I go back.

I'm stressed about this definitely trying mindfulness out. I've stopped front rks as this is all I've done for about 7/8 months and think it's just making the muscles weaker.

Typically physio work and geting the muscle relaxed before they strengthen it .

I am trying to work on the stress at the moment. My diet isn't bad but wouldn't say it is perfect. And I do physical job where I'm active all day I'm pretty healthy. I do have muscle imbalances and postural issues.
Is it possible that my front muscles are weak and the back muscles are compensating and tensing/ overworking?
