hi I need your opinion, I squat every day and masturbate three times a week but I do a lot of kegel reverse and stretching. can this be an exaggerated pelvic floor workout? I have to go to the bathroom very often.

So weighted or not for instance are you a powerlifter trying to set a record ? What form so are you doing overhad weighted squats while standing on a boku ball?
Or is this a hindi style unweighted squat as is popular onsite?
