Hello everyone I have a problem Yesterday I did my first major hanging session an today it stung when I first peed, but like 5 minutes ago I peed again and saw blood in the toilet not a whole lot but still. What should I do?! And more importantly can I have sex?!

I'm still a newbie to this but I would say take a week off of PE, monitor your urine to see if more blood shows up. Go to a doctor if it doesn't stop in the next couple days.

It sounds like you tore the skin inside your urethra -- not good, but you will heal. Take it easy, don't panic. NO PE or hanging for a while; give yourself a break. The more experienced guys will chime in with more suggestions soon, I am sure.
