Pubic/Groin Area

Ive noticed lately when stretching I feel a stretch in my pubic/groin area only on one side though the left, it doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable. On the same side it happens to the left of my scrotum aswell. And when I feel down there the tubes on my left side of scrotum hurt.
Any Ideas?

A constant stretching when you are relaxed? Or do you feel it when erect/doing PE? Tell us more please. I am moving this to the penile anomalies section, think it will get more attention.

Nope, not when im relaxed, I dont feel it when erect, only when stretching.

its not a lump, it feels like lots of veins all close together. If you do a side stretch, you can sorta feel the stretch in your pubic area.
