  • Dealing with Penile Injuries

In this newsletter, I'm going to cover penile injuries/afflictions that may occur because of improper exercise techniques, trauma, and/or negligence.

Little Red Spots- The occurrence of little red spots are very common. Almost everyone that's done concentrated girth work has had to deal little red spots on the head and shaft of the penis. The spots, known as "petechiae", are the most common "negative" side effect from doing PE. In reality, they're relatively harmless. Why do we get them? Well, they are nothing more than little pinpoint-sized bruises cause by excessive compressing of the penis. As long as the spots don't get any bigger than a pinpoint, you shouldn't even bother worrying about them. Time, massage, and hot wraps/soaks will alleviate them. The occurrence of little red spots is very common.

Bruising- The occurrence of bruising is common. A more intense version of the little red spots, bruising usually occurs from heavy hanging without enough padding in the hanger, or from hanging too long and tight without a break. Some bruises on the penis are so severe that they actually form a bolus of blood underneath the skin. In that case, a sterile needle can be used to drain some of the blood (BE CAREFUL!) While not very serious (unless you've manage to cut off so much circulation to the penis that you've destroyed tissue), bruising can be very unsightly. Treatments usually consist of rest, hot wraps/soaks, applications of "Arnica" to the penis itself, and the consumption of a supplement called "Butcher's Broom". Both Arnica and Butcher's Broom can usually be found in any nutritional outlet.

Rashes- The occurrence of rashes are very common. Rashes (from PE) are usually caused by a lack of lubrication while milking. A rash may appear as a small red area, or in extreme cases, may resemble a burn and may be accompanied by small cuts or scrapes. Cocoa butter cream, "Bag Balm", and other mild skin creams and ointments are effective in alleviating rashes.

Thrombosed Veins- The occurrence of thrombosed veins are not too common. A thrombosed vein is a vein that's been distended due to too much internal vascular pressure inside the vein itself. It's usually caused by abusing squeeze type exercises, but pumpers have been known to get them. Many men that have suffered from this condition have commented that it's relatively painless, but a very few seem to suffer excruciating pain. The treatment for this? Rest and hot wraps/soaks. To prevent this from happening in the future, exercise moderation in the activity that caused it in the first place.

Strained ligaments- The occurrence of strained ligaments is fairly common. Strained ligaments a the base of the penis can occur from hanging/stretching too often and intensely without enough rest, or can occur from a single incident of excessively intense hanging/stretching. Most of the pain felt from strained ligaments can be felt at the base of the penis, and may extend to the interior of the pubis and even as far as the lower abdomen. Lots of rest is required for strained ligaments... and it's of the utmost importance! Doing PE with strained ligaments can lead to actual tearing of the ligaments, which may require surgery.

Peyronie's Disease- The occurrence of Peyronie's is uncommon. According to medical experts, the causes of Payronie's are unclear. A plaque (hard lump) that forms on the penis characterizes Peyronie's. The plaque usually causes a bend in the penis; and in severe cases, may make sexual intercourse painful or impossible. Peyronie's can be treated with exercises, but in severe cases, surgery may be required.

Broken Penis- The occurrence of broken penises are rare. A broken penis is caused by severe trauma to an erection, causing a rupture in the tunica. Broken penises most commonly occur during sex; while the man is thrusting, pulls out, and misses the vagina. Other causes of broken penises are falls, and careless pumping. A broken penis is characterized by intense pain and severe bruising to the penis and surrounding area. Surgery is almost always required to fix a broken penis.

If you guys can think of any penile injuries/afflictions that are not covered in this section, please let us know.

Great coverage there Big Al. You have answered a lot of asked/ unasked questions with this.
Would you bring this over to BetterMan and post it in the "Penis Enlargement" Forum?

Al, do you have any details on blood blisters from hanging?

I am not just talking about the smaller red spots, but the larger blisters.

They always seemed to come out of nowhere for me, I am sure it is due to hanging for too long, but they puzzle me somewhat.

Whilst the wieght being hung is obviously a factor, I must say that the duration seems to be the bigger issue, and I was just wondering why that would be? what happens inside the penis during the hang? does the trapped blood (leading to cold glands/blue head) expand or something? is that why you must take a break every 15-30 mins?

Nowadays, I only hang for 15-30 mins maximum, break then repeat, and thats seems to be a better protocol.
Goals: length gains along with any gains in girth and improvements in EQ.

Starting length erect: Bone pressed easy 6.5 inches to a rather more solid 7 inches

Aiming for: Bone pressed erect 8.5 inches+ as I have a serious need to hit the 'hung' club.

        Methods: Pumping and weight hanging.

It has got to be all in the hanging device you are using. I have had many a blood blister in my time, (never on my penis) and it's always the result of a severe pinch.
You are pinching the skin, re-do what you are doing or start wrapping better. JMO

I can thnk of an injury, hard stiff flaccid from to much PE. sometimes urologist and doctors have no treatment for this. Also sometimes it is not a PE related activity that causes this. The victom can go on for years w/o any hope of treatment. The glans are numb and erections are hard to come buy. Effective treament seems to be Ginkgo biloba and warm compresses and no PE.

Hi guys, can I have a little advice please. I'm a month into my pe routine(90 day beginner's+edging) and I've hit my first problem. Reading Big Als injury descriptions, it looks like I'm after straining a ligament. The base of my penis(on the left side mostly) hurts a little when I stretch and jelq.
The first 2 weeks were great with harder, more freguent erections and a 1/4 inch gain in length but since the 3rd week I felt a little tingle at my base(I didn't think it was anything to worry about). I decided to take an extra 3 days off during the 4th week to let it heal which brings me to the present moment. I just finished a very light routine but it still hurt.
I know you will tell me to take a break from pe but how long should I stay away from it?
Also, does that , mean abstaining from sex as well?
I haven't been feeling very horny the last couple of weeks and my erection quality has had better days, do you think this is due to the injury or it could easily be other things?
Thanks for your help in advance.

And how long do bruises usually last??? Is sex ok while bruised??? I'm still doing keggels. My treatment for the bruising right now consists of hot shower and hot wrap with a hot wash cloth. I really hope to recover soon from this because I want to continue my quest for a bigger dick. I think I already gained. I know one thing for sure my flaccid looks a hell of alot better. Can bruises be permanent?? And whats this I hear about if you have veins you should grow good?? hope I get a reply soon.. Thanx

So that means that you could cause Peyronie's Disease by doing PE? I only had 5-6 sessions, but got the impression that it slightly bends on the left now. Is it possible or it's all in my mind? It is evident when is semi-flaccid.

                            Hallo Guys

I have just startet my pegym. At the moment I have had two sessions, but unfortunately it seems as if I already have had an injure. At the top of my penishead at the urethra/down the hole – hope you understand – there is a very small sore </SPAN>outpouching. I got the feeling, that it was the jelq, which caused the injury. I am very gently, and practise – less is more – in any kind. Do you guys think I’am right in my belive in jelg as the cause to my pain?
