  • Penis flimsy at base after accident. Please help!

Hi I've always had a medium sized, penis that's been narrower at the base. A month ago, I was fucking my girlfriend kinda hard and we heard a pop from my dick. It wasn't painful, and my erection didn't subside after that, but from next time onwards I started feeling less hard, and off late the base seems particularly fragile. When it's erect if I try to feel the part around the base, the corpus cavernosum seems to have like an incision or a dent close to the bottom.. i.e. around the area it gets thin (maybe I had this earlier also, but I'm not).

It twists easily even when hard, and can easily be pushed down, which is kinda embarrassing. Now I had these problems earlier also to a lesser extent, probably just the way my member is but it seems to have gotten slightly worse.

Also, when I touch it, when hard, the base is not as smooth under the skin as the part on top, with apparent corrugation underneath.

Is this Peyronie's? Is it something else? Will it get worse? What can I do to salvage the situation? So far I've just been massaging it with oil for the past week, doing what I think is a jelq.

I'm only 23, and I typically used to fuck for quite a long time, although off late it tends to get slightly flaccid only to regain hardness when stimulated again.

    Please help.

    Here are its pics.

I'm surprised no ones helped you with this yet so I'm goin to try and give you the best advice that I can. Here's what I would do in your situation. I would do massages but I would hold off on the jelqs because that's an exercise, just gently massage it anyway you want for as long as you want.

Try taking some type of Viagra type pill and see if that works, but I would rather do kegels to try and help this. Try and do a kegel(s) and focus them on the base of your penis. This may be a little difficult to understand but really try to feel the kegel working the base of your cavernosas ( base of yo

Ur penis) and see how that works after awhile. But first things first. Let it rest before you do any of this and see if it improves. I hope this helps

Hi, thanks for replying newnimproved and bigO.

I was always averse to throwing in any viagra and stuff, but I'll surely add oil. I got mustard oil, after a friend recommended it for everywhere except for the glans.

I back to getting good erections when I sleep again, so I hope that's good. Other than that, I've begun to take Zinc (20mg, 133%RDA) and Vitamin E (200 IU, 667%RDA).

Also, I have been having sex less frequently now. Like only twice or thrice a week.

Do you think this'd be in the right direction?

If your symptoms seem to be clearing up then I would say that it's fine, take it easy on the guy, you don't want the recovery to be longer than it has to be

Hi there.. update after a long time.. not much actually.. the problem's still right there. For one, that exercise where you whip your cock around like a helicopter blade certainly didn't seem to help. (it worsened the whole thing). Just putting it out there for someone who might be dumb enough to try it like me. Zinc and E appeared to help a tiny bit with the sex drive.. but not since that fking rotating exercise.

Other than that the symptoms are still there. It seems more complex than a one time issue. My dick seems to have become like this. On reading a bit, I think it's an issue with the corpus spongiosum. Most people with this problem don't seem to be able to resolve it even after visiting the doctors. So I couldn't really find a cure.

              Apparently PC exercises should help.

I read about this today, so thought I'd share. If there's anyone else who's had any better experiences, it's be really kind to share what worked and what didn't.. and how they're going about handling this.

Thanks.. and have a good one.

Are there any parts of you penis that seem to be much harder than the rest of your areas. Your penis has a HUGE ballooning affect around the mid-girth. Indentations are a sign of those Peyronie's plaque developing. i have an indentation on the front shaft mid-girth. I would consider checking with doctor to see if your have any plaque under the penile skin. After years I've found out what it was, despite coming to this forum several times and no one even noticing. My base and midgirth was soft like yours but I had an hourglass shape.

If you think you do have it, check online on more info on Peyronie's. Your symptoms are really minor actually and you can fix it soon.

Thanks very much Riceboy287. It's encouraging to learn that this looks like it can be fixed.

However, if it is Peyronie's what can I do to get it healed? Cos I heard that surgeries aren't often that successful in this field, and as it is I'm not very inclined to go under the knife (that I can't afford one also doesn't help) Other than that I read that people are prescribed Vitamin E, which I take occasionally.

About the ballooning: it's really aesthetically displeasing, although the photo over-pronounced the existing engorged appearance. However, in real life it isn't that ugly.

Wait.. I just read a bit about Verapamil, Interferon and other options here: Mens Sexual Dysfunction|4 Ways to Treat Peyronies Disease - Sexual Health - Health.com.

Damn.. this really has me concerned now.

I also found this guy who has a long ranting video on youtube about how most of the conventional shit didn't work/wasn't an option. So he worked on his own solution, which is not described in the vid properly.

His vid links to a page with some not-so-expensive treatment options for Peyronie's.

However, in my case, is it possible that it's not Pey disease, and possibly something else that's causing the corpus spongiosum to not fill with blood properly? If so, what could that be?

You could also bend it only a little bit. And try not to masturbate too much or fuck too hard.

P.S. take my response with a grain of salt. Cause I'm in exact position to give advice. Also my penis is small at only 5.85 in 4.25 in girth and your unit looks pretty big so don't worry that much.

Dude I found that guy a couple days ago. I have to save up just to get that extender thingy. But start getting the L-acetyl stuff. I hear a lot of reports of shrinking due to surgery for peyronie's. It'll probably be my last option since my condition is not painful or anything. Have you had a hard time gaining in PE?

I actually haven't tried anything that guy said. I'm planning to start with the few things in phase 3 in. his list.. ie sski on my dick. Do you think that's a good idea? I'll report results once I start.

One of my friends told me that applying mustard oil on the shaft and gently massaging also helped strengthen his dick.

Hey i was planning on getting the dmso and sski too. I'd rather start with phase 3 since my curvature isn't that bad; it's mostly a plaque problem. Choose whatever would fix the areas you have most problem with.

If you have serious curvature issue, then get the traction device. If it's just the plaque you need to get rid of, do the dmso+sski since it'll break down the plaque more likely than traction.

I haven't tried the traction, but bending hasn't really broken the plaque either. The best thing to do is a combination of things and giving your dick rest.
