  • 2 Questions, Curvature in Penis & Kegels

    Has anyone any had luck here straightening a downward bending penis with jelqing?

    If so, anything I should know besides the normal jelqing routine?


    And my second question : How do I perform kegels? Just grab the PC muscle and release it?

    I don't think that you can straightened your downward erection with jelqing or wet jelqing... I have a what I call a lazy penis :P and it is still so... only girthier :O
    Mind if I ask you what is your girth? maybe that is the reason behind your downward bending.

    For your second question, you need to first find out where your PC muscle is. you can do that by going to the bathroom and stopping your pee flow, after that you do the kegel exercises that are suggested in the forum. There are the common ones which are basically just kegel every time everywhere (like in the train, or every time you see a red light) or when erect or both.
    I like to do 200 kegels when erect because there is a resistance so it helps.
    You can also do a number of kegels with a timed length for each kegel like 3 sets of 20 kegels with 5 seconds for each kegel.
    So chose which one you feel like doing, or mix and match. As long as you don't over do it or feel pain then you are good.

        Agreed but before jumping into the machine, I'd suggest him to try the Vitamin E option first, lots of people can heal their curvatures with vitamin E alone.
        So Try that before spending 200$ on the machine (the websites say that the extra length is guaranteed :O) never tried them though, but I am deeply considering that, will ask a walk in clinic doctor in the next week or so

          Thanks. Ive read on multiple sites that jelqing can straighten your penis tho?

          Tbh that is my only concern. I dont need to have a bigger penis, I just want the curve gone (or reduced).

                      keep in mind that you can adjust the amount of skin you want while restoring foreskin...you dont have to keep going til you have full knob coverage.but you could experiment and see if loosening it up would help matters..dig?

                        Just for the records, having a downward curvature is not that big of a deal, lots of people have it so don't you worry about it at all :O
                        As long as there is no pain while having an intercourse or masturbation then you are completely fine.
                        Again, it might be due to the girth size in ratio with the length, so check on that too and give us the results if u want

                          I have been jelqing against the curve for a coouple years now and when I look at old pics my left / downward curve looks much straiter maybe 1/2 as bad now?

                            I hadnt heard of Vit E to treat curvature. Would you mind sharing some more on the subject? thanks

                              "In living tissues, vitamin E's primary benefits stem from its antioxidant properties. Aging and tissue degeneration are accelerated by free-radical-induced damage, and vitamin E neutralizes free radicals."
                              So in short, buy a Vitamin E bottle and take either a once-daily dose of 400 IU which is a standard recommendation, but some studies have also used 400 IU twice daily.
                              So either 1 or 2.
                              Most important thing is that you make sure it is 400IU and not less.
