OK so this isn't the first time I've done a jelq routine before, I have done it several months ago, I believe it was last year summer. It wasn't hard to get erections then, in fact it was harder to get a half erection and maintain it because my penis was quite sensitive and eventually become fully erect during the session. After about 2-3 months of dedication I dropped the routine because I got no results instead I developed some sort of psychological disorder that jelqing actually decreased my penis length down by 0.6 inches and reduced the girth down by 1 inch in circumference but I also question if I did my measurements correctly at any given moment. The other issue was I feverishly masturbated way more than I used to and over time I could not get full erections.
I can't recall memories of that time and I can't cry over spilt milk. So I left my penis alone, I still did some regular masturbation afterwards but did not abuse it as much anymore. However since the past 2 months (January-March 2014), I began to masturbate heavily using porn without ejaculation, partially as an excuse to increase my testosterone levels for my workout. Months went by with some serious masturbation but I believe it last Saturday night I got curious about jelqing again and pulled off one routine.
After warming it up I went back to masturbating as usual. However that was a mistake the moment I started masturbating there was a moment when I lost sensitivity on my glans and the bottom of the shaft, the parts that were most sensitive. It was like my penis lost all life and just slumped down like a lump of fat. To make matters worst I felt my libido plummet into nothing. It became difficult to get erections after this, if I work hard on it I can get a full erection again but this is really bothering me on these issues.
1. My penis lost sensitivity. The glans and bottom part of the shaft were the core places to pleasure but I can't feel anything rubbed there. Today I am getting a little bit of feel back but it's like only 5% roughly speaking.
2. My libido has been shot. Granted porn still gets me erections without having to rub it.
3. Even if I can get aroused by porn I can't get erections very well by jerking, have to really work on it.
4. I'm worried about my testosterone. Since I workout my T levels should not be terrible. I'm quite worried about T levels as well since my libido has been shot.
Tying 4 and 2 together I wonder if my libido is intact and only the nerves on my penis has been damaged, deadened or numbed out and my T levels are okay (granted my sleep cycle is a bit messed up). I'm hoping my nerves would recover over time. I'm thinking of using penile extender instead of jelqing if I ever recover.
