One of the motives I came back to Pe was to improve my EQ, since it now is very bad: I can get hard, but not rock hard and that is very disappointing to me.
Can someone recommend some exercises to boost my EQ? I've been doing about 3 to 4 sets of 60 Kegels 6 to 8 seconds long each daily, but I don't think they are enough.
