  • stretched too much? EQ drop, and anti porn problems

I have recently stepped up my routine due to completing a sufficient amount of conditioning PE.

the question I have is am I doing the right thing?

I have made my stretching routine a lot longer and have added a lot of tunica based stretches due to thinking I have a 2 or 3 layered tunica. im not experiencing any pain or discomfort, im just feeling really fatigued and almost unable to hold a quality erection after my stretch session. I have started my anti porn journey too.

so this is how it goes, I have a great stretch routine set up that leaves me hanging well and I normally could sustain a 35-80% erection to get my jelqs done, but since adding to my routine and taking out the porn I have noticed now that for the last 2 sessions I have been too fatigued (good fatigued feeling) to complete my jelqs for the session.

im wondering wether im stretching too much, and wether this AP has a major role in this, and im concerned that when this happens I miss out on my jelqs because my unit feels worked out already from stretching.

how much am I missing out on by not getting my jelqs into the same session?

    anybody else got any advice?

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

You may try to jelq before stretching as stretches have a negative impact on EQ.

And your conclusion about quitting porn is correct, your brain needs time to reboot from porn mode to normal arousal mode, so dont fret!

If in doubt, take a day or two off, if your EQ improved, then maybe you are using too much force or doing too many reps.

You don't need a drastic increase in stretches for it to be effective. Try small increases, or even a light increase in intensity, without a time change.

I agree with MrB8, if your EQ is suffering, it may be a good sign to tone it down a bit.

        thanks for the reply gentlemen.

I haven't made a drastic increase as such, just tailored my routine around the TGC theory and added more stretches without any real intensity increases, as this is what netted me my gains last year. I have had a healthy increase in bpfsl over the last month, without any serious negative p.i's, and then this just crept up on me and confused me a little.

ill take a couple of rest days and see what happens I woke up with 8.5 to 9 eq this morning, so im not too stressed, just searching for advice and answers again.
