  • LARGER and overextended Flaccid penis after masturbate , HELP !

    Hi every one,

    Am 32 yo and the injury happened 5 years ago after a long hard masturbate.

    First of all I recommend you to watch the 2 PICTURES I've putted before and after the injury .

    In short It happened Immediately after ejaculate from tough masturbate:-
    I saw bubble Beating on the left side behind the glans, after that it never retract again and my flaccid size becomes 3-4 times LARGER FLACCID,In that day it never got erection again .
    the erection recovered in (2-3)days to 70% and that thing like a bubble in the left side was also gone Gradually within these 3 days

    Here's the symptoms:


    1- Cant flex\clench it ,or Move it up and down easily like before by kegel move, I Cant make it "Jump"any more flaccid and erect ,it doesn't react or react weakly when I flex BC muscle.
    I've seen people only have this symptom


    2- Can't to keep erection while standing up.and Cant maintain erection without manual continues stimulation .


    3-"Low sensitivity\numbness"Lost feeling pleasure of the outer skin of the shaft penis feels almost like rubber, even less sensitive than the skin on one's arm, Achieving an orgasm is possible, but difficult and requires abnormally heavy stimulation


    4- penis become 3-4 times larger when flaccid (thicker and longer)"ya its good but not functioning"
    elongated, loose,soft,spongy,rubbery jellied and floppy Like water balloon all the time"NOT HARD FLACCID AT ALL", the normal of my flaccid state is shrinking all the time(Grower),now its NOT.

    5- penis feels disconnected from the body dis-attached,too heavy while erect hanging ,easy to Push it down while erect (no resistance),Like no thing supporting it ,Erection angle pointing downwards while erect.


    6- Urinate weak stream (cant push it like before)


    7- visible Veins appeared.(its almost gone now after about 6 month)


    8-
    bruises appeared its like ribs or bumpson the right side at the start next to the base of penis can feel it by thumb while erect .
    not primary and It is not very common in the injuries I've seen


    9-
    low libido.


    everything including the uro's says nothing wrong

    - Ultrasound passed(dupler) .
    - Penile is ok.
    - No Venous leak .
    - No peyronies No Fibrosis.
    - Prostate is ok too.


    any replay (same case or any diagnose, conclusions) will be welcomed.

    Update:-

    I came to conclusion by the time and the injuries I've seen here

    when the problem came to
    SHOWERS they get HARD SMALLER SHRIVELED CONTRACTED FLACCID

    when it happened to
    GROWERS they get SOFT,LARGER,LOOSE,SAGGING,OVEREXTENDED FLACCID

    Hard Small Flaccid is the normal to GROWERS
    Soft Larger Flaccid is the normal for SHOWERS

    In the Hard Flaccid the PF muscles are to contracted
    In the Soft Large Flaccid PF muscles are incompact and over relaxed (BC Muscle)

    In some cases flaccid size don't change , they just lose the control of flexing there penis (BC Muscle),with or without other symptoms

    I hope its just PF issue like the HF caused by mental physical stress


    this pic shows most of the symptoms of (Hard Flaccid , Larger Soft Flaccid) and the causes of the difference from one person to another IMO

    First you have to get checked by Medical Professionals
    and all what I have reached till now
    Its not penis Problem at all,If the docs said you are ok , believe them and try harder to relax to not fall deep into it
    Relax the mental side could help a lot specially on the hormones side
    PF Physical Therapists can helps the physical side, Balancing the PF
    Kegels could help ,am trying it



    check the below pic (BC muscle) while sitting on the toilette try to raise your balls up with one hand and touch the BC Muscle with the other (one or 2 fingers)while doing kegels ,starting from anus(area 1) to the penis(area 3) with the touching. The muscle near the anus contracts while the muscle under the penis doesn't contract or barely contracts what is your reaction when you does that area (1,2,3)?as on the pic , you can find it on the page

    For me it have a good respond on area 1 and weaker on area 2 and weaker on 3



    Update :
    Tests Might help to detect the cause, I have did the hormonal tests and they was not normal

    (Stress will Cause most sexual hormones to be out of balance in the long term )
    Loss of sensation is almost always from hypogonadism (low testosterone/E2/DHT) or Hypothyroidism (which can cause loss of libido)

    Please be aware \ on these threads there are wrong or self prescribed words like (nerve damage , torn suspensory ligaments ,fracture), so please dont freak out , I put them just to collect the common symptoms of the Large Flaccid issue which is another case of HF but its the opposite of it (Pelvic floor muscles over tensed or over relaxed\CPPS)

    Sorry to hear about your injury, the good news is your penis is good and you will recover!

    Hard flaccids are caused by pelvic floor imbalance/tightness, when you overwork it by doing too many kegels without conditioning, I recommend that you give the links below a thorough read, and balance your pelvic floor.

      its just simple like that
      large and overextended in the flaccid mode , never come back to its normal form (must shrink to be tiny little flaccid ), thats not the real problem I Considered subsidiary Symptom , but this make the mental is not main reason , because its A PHYSICAL CHANGE.

      the real problem is while erection
      and in the erection mode I have a good stiffer but its
      - very heavy (specially when standing up) , so damn hard to keep erection while standing up .
      - easy to bend it down (no upper resistance like before ).
      - lost most of sensitivity (libido).
      I'm already almost forgot about normal sex back again its 18 months now,but still searching may be have some answers some hope ,

        thanks MrB8 , but really did you seen the same symptoms before ? I have been in this 18 month ,
        I Have been reading a lot without seening one recover or same symptoms .
        the penis is LARGER not smaller as the most HF people says .

            the problem is , am not sure this is HF , its not the same symptoms in the HF threads talking about .
            OK am trying to be positive . I noted that when you just seen the word "HF" in my post , you replayed without reading the Wholly symptoms .
            could you please talk a look again , its LARGE DUDE

                Sorry am really confused and , I have been reading all this months didn't found the same symptoms , and my head cant take this any more , that's why am asking simply again to take clear answer .

                    Don't stress it, that in itself would turn it into a mental block, it is treatable by balancing your pelvic floor muscles with exercises such as revers kegels, yoga and deep squats, and when you achieve balance, you may then gradually and carefully reintroduce kegels again, but be mindful and don't over do it!

                      About more than 300 full pages to read , and literally that's more


                      stress to put over all of my shocked head in this situation,I already have been reading all
                      this time a lot and a lot every where.

                      There are thousands of men who suffer from the same problem but with different symptoms
                      and I didn’t find same as mine , not even close to it, specially being (LARGER in the flaccid mode), its so strange most of them talking about hardness of flaccid and being thinner or smaller this is the opposite of what I have.



                      I know that there is no magical key to make all of this just disappears in a second
                      and it worth the work and not easy.
                      I post this thread here , just may be someone have experienced the same specific symptoms or have seen it some where before.


                      just leave the discuss opened for more specific
                      sure there are some one's have and have a progress upward or will have it .

                      thank you again don't take this in person , I just want get the hell out of this.

                        In no way I meant this to be a closure to the discussion, the thread is open and welcoming any member willing to offer advice, I only gave mine.

                        As for the amount of information, you don't need to read each and every post on those threads, unless something is not clear to you that have been answered before, you can always ask on the thread about the things you don't get, but how do you expect to learn about kegels, reverse kegels, squats and yoga without reading about them.

                        I hope other members are able to summarize it for you in a better way, and I sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and best of luck!

                          I feel like MrB8 is one of those guy's that are impossible to piss off no matter how hard you try, and the harder you try to piss him off, the more pissed of you become. lol.

                          As for ho1985, no one has had the same symptoms as you from all the reading you've done. So the odds that someone will respond with a similar experience probably aren't in your favor.

                          What I'd do is listen to MrB8 and stop stressing out about this. Way too many injuries/problems on this forum are a result of mental stress.

                          The other thing I would suggest (and I know you're not going to like hearing this) is learn to move on from this problem, even if it isn't fixed, so you simply don't think about it anymore. Hopefully, one day out of the blue you'll look down and see that everything is back to normal again.

                          Constantly worrying about healing an injury can actually delay the healing process, and this I can vouch for playing sports throughout my life (still do and now it's actually my job).

                            my question for you cuz you have seen a lot for sure,
                            -did you ever seen a some one have a penile before was (his normal status is shrinking all the time) and now its problem is not shrinking , 3x larger,swinging and felt like dis-attached from the body ?

                              Dude, I really try to repress most memories I have about someone else's dick. But to answer your question, I really have no idea what you're talking about. I think it's one of those things I have to see to understand what you're going through. Maybe post pics (in your album of course), but otherwise, I really don't feel comfortable advising anything else.
