    Wassup everyone.

    Ok here's a short story about me which will help you understand my situation.

    I'm 19 and have been masturbating for many years. It's never hurt and I've never had any problems. About 2 years ago I realised I couldn't pull my foreskin back at all, like not even over the glans. A few weeks/months of stretching fixed this.

    I am able to pull my foreskin back behind the glans, but no further and I'm not entirely sure how far it should go. I don't believe I have a frenulum breve as the glans does not bend downwards when I try to pull my foreskin back.

    However, I recently started having a sex and every time I insert my penis, my frenulum hurts so much that sometimes it completely kills the erection and I have to stop. I've had sex successfully several times, but it just doesn't feel right.

    Will my frenulum slowly stretch the more I have sex so that I'll eventually feel fine?

    Girls always seem to want to pull the foreskin down the shaft which means it can sometimes hurt during blow jobs too and I have to tell them to not pull it down so much.

    I also want to try more adventurous forms of sex one day and I can only imagine it'd hurt because of how tight it would be.

    I've incorporated a few 30 second stretches into my workout but I don't really think they're helping. I also went to see a doctor about it yesterday and he said my frenulum looked fine (I was flaccid so it was hardly showing how tight it was when erect). I asked if I could get some steroid creams to help with the stretching but he said they have really bad side effects. I could get surgery potentially but that's obviously a last resort.

    I want to be able to have sex like a porn star with no pain no matter how rough I go haha.

    Any ideas?

    If the skin stretching helped relieve it initially, I would continue with that. Use a lotion afterwards with vitamin E and aloe to help with the elasticity of the skin.

    In the meantime, I don't know of anything else that would help except caution.

      I had this early in my sex life especially with very tight girls when I was vigorous. It went away.

        Ok i'll try using some vitamin E cream and hopefully this problem will subside after a few weeks.

          This is a condition known as "phimosis". If the issue isn't severe, stretching your skin out should enable you to overcome it. If the issue is severe you should look into medical treatment.
