  • Problem, red spots???

I squeezed harder then normal yesterday and today I have small red spots on my glans.

What exactly is up with those??

    Do they go away fast???

I take it I squeezed to much, should I back down or is it something my penis wood get use to??

I pretty much do all squeezes with 2 or 3 days of rest in between.

You broke small blood vessels so let them heal and don't squeeze too hard.

A little warmth can help the blood disappate from your glans. Warm not hot.

It is called peteichia (spelling?). Caused by heavy girth work, they are small broken blood vessels. Quite common effect, I had them tonnes of times. Just let your dick rest a day or two till they heal. Nothing to worry about, just go a little lighter on the squeezes.

Ditto with others. Your penis will get used to it, but build duration and intensity up over time.

About what I thought. I was just pushing to see if I could go a little harder on the squeezes, answer seems to be no I was already at my sweet spot so to say.

Making a little progress grith wise but I wish I could figure out how to speed it up a bit.

I get them quite often with squeezes, best thing for getting rid of them I find is fast jelqs and edging. Mine usually disappear within 24 hrs but I skip a day if they are still present.

Your unit is telling you it's worked a bit too hard that day, listen to it

Slowly advance it is the quickest way. Trying too fast leads to injury, leads to slowing progress. Your stats look great. Enjoy

this is a good sign that your blood vessels are expanding.but let it rest 1 or two days.in those resting days just make massage on your penis with warm water.the red spots are good sign but need to rest.

the dark blue and black spots are bad sign witch mean you are injured.

Take a couple rest days and see if they are gone.

I got sometimes red spots on my shaft which meant I pushed it a bit too far.
