Hi, I'm new to this and just started the JP90 routine (yesterday I did my 4th training, following the 2-1 day off program). Before I started, i've been practising kegels occasionaly but not frequent. I feel like my pelvic floor is stressad somehow. The feeling is "like im holding a kegel at very low strength, but cant stop". The tension is between my balls and my anus but closer to the anus. Is there any way to relax it. Any tips what to do?
