Are there any signs or ways to know if you have a macro tear? If you have a macro tear, does it prevent you from being able to gain? Does a macro tear cause your penis to shrink or lose length when erect? I know ive been hanging and i feel my penis is less stretchable so maybe I have macro tear and/or scar tissue.
